The beauty of the place is evident from the outside. The decorations and interior are stunning. The food is delicious, confirming why it's been awarded the best carbonara. The food is freshly made, there's little waiting, and the music creates a wonderful atmosphere. I've been there two days in a row and had a great time and was full. Highly recommended

Excellent budget restaurant, serving quality Italian, Roman, and Arabic cuisine! The carbonara is superior to many other restaurants, although I personally would have preferred more egg yolk and pecorino. On the other hand, I loved the spinach pie with saffron and cheese. Pizza lovers will also be satisfied, and the portions are generous. Unfortunately, beer lovers won't find much choice. Furthermore, the interior dining room was noisy, but low but intense, which could be annoying. The atmosphere is rustic, cheerful, and colorful. The owner is friendly and welcoming.

Highly recommended for the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff. Superb pizza with top-quality ingredients, a must-try "cacio & pepe" brick, and top-notch first courses, especially the renowned carbonara. The wait is a bit long, probably due to the high volume of takeout and the pizza cooking method, but it's worth the wait. Always make a reservation.

We were intrigued by what people were saying: it was awarded the title of best Carbonara in Rome in 2024 (il Tempo newspaper) and was recently ranked among the best pizzerias in Rome (RomaToday newspaper). What can we say? The Carbonara was very delicate and the Roman pizza had a crunchy dough. We were very satisfied.

Excellent restaurant, perfect for a getaway with friends. We waited a bit, but the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was typical of a tavern. Prices were average.

03/05/2026: Our first visit to the new location. I don’t like the atmosphere at all, it looks like a hip version of McDonalds and the service is much more distant and cold than before. The portions are shrinking as well while the prices are higher. But the food is still top notch. We also drank some of the best chianti’s ever. Pasta with mussels and saffron and maritozzo for dessert are a must
