my friend and i had a really great experience at this restaurant! the owner Mauro and the staff were really friendly and attentive and went great lengths to communicate with us despite the language barrier and provided us with amazing service! the food was great and the vibes were homey—we really enjoyed the pecorano appetizer, the carbonara, and the cacio e pepe tartufato. if you’re ever in the Trastevere area, i’d really recommend visiting—it’s a hidden gem 🩷

Happened by chance because it was out of the way from my neighborhood (Eur). Nice atmosphere, generous and well-cooked dishes with appreciable excursions into Egyptian cuisine, very reasonable prices. If I return to Monteverde I will stay here again.

mangiato molto bene e il personale l'abbiamo trovato molto disponibile anche per consigli sulla nostra vita a Roma.
Nella carbonara poi abbiamo trovato il guanciale perfetto!

complessivamente buono. siamo stati attirati dalla pubblicità per la carbonara per la quale è in mostra il cartello come migliore carbonara di roma 2023. In verità a noi è parsa buona ma certo non eccezionale. Forse avremmo gradito la pasta un poco più al dente e il condimento un po meno "invadente". Ottimi gli antipasti.

Un garanzia....hai presente quei posti dove vuoi sempre tornare perché ti senti a casa? Ecco, io ce l'ho ...sotto casa! Mangiare qui è sempre una certezza....i primi superlativi e porzioni abbondanti, pizze sottilissime e leggerissime, condimenti di prima qualità, piatti etnici da gustare veramente....e l'accoglienza del proprietario e dello staff ti va sentire davvero a casa! Ogni volta che penso a una bella serata, penso a questa piccola perla ...e i miei figli ringraziano sempre per il pane extra x le strepitose polpette!!!

Sono andato a cena con un mio amico avendo trovato per caso questa osteria. 2 antipasti, carbonara, pizza pugliese, vino, acqua e 4 amari a 70 euro (2,5 euro di sconto gentilmente offerto). Ottima qualità prezzo. Sicuramente ritornerò. Molto consigliato.
