28/02/2025: Maybe it was a bad Monday but the roast fish wasn't up to par. If you don't have lobster available, it's better not to invent it: there was no pulp inside but an unspecified mince. Very friendly service, nice environment.

25/03/2025: During our trip to Rome, we were able to experience several restaurants, and I can tell you that Bibi Brace & Cucine is by far the best. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is superb. The pasta is just Wow!!! The tiramisu is excellent and light, perfect for ending the meal on a sweet note! The price is also reasonable. We were also offered two shots of limoncello, thank you! An incredible experience!

Afterwards, due to my cardiological health problems, I was no longer able to go to this delicious seafood restaurant to follow a strict hospital diet. 28/03/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant and we were able to appreciate the quality of the food and the kindness and helpfulness of the girl who served us. Fettuccine with porcini mushrooms excellent, rabbit cacciatore sublime, fresh and very well cooked side dishes and to finish Easter pizza and biscuits made by them delicious. The price is more than fair for the quality of the food. We will definitely be back.

29/03/2025: Nice and friendly guys, so great service. The pinsas, both the classic and the "alchemic" ones, are delicious and well thought out, with excellent digestible dough (and for a person who suffers from reflux, that's a lot!).

28/03/2025: A kosher dairy restaurant in the Trasvera neighborhood. They have a selection of special and very tasty pizzas. This is the most delicious pizza I have ever tasted. The owner of the house, Miriam, is nice and pleasant, patiently explaining the types of pizzas and the options. The restaurant is a little far from the Jewish ghetto, half an hour's walk, but worth every step! Highly recommend

25/03/2025: We arrived as 2 couples plus a baby for dinner, The owner of the restaurant and her sister seated us and immediately arranged for a high chair for the baby, and helped us choose dishes and told us about the restaurant. We ordered according to the recommendations and familiar dishes We ate for the first time the two types of local artizini and bruschetta with fried and seasoned zucchini on top, they were excellent. For pasta we took the cassoulet a pepe, and the pasta carbonara kosher, and they are by far the best pastas we have eaten so far in Rome. For pizzas we took the classic margherita and the pizza recommended by Miriam, the owner of the house, it was 10/10, a must-try!! We also took a Niçoise salad to refresh ourselves, which was nice and nothing special. For desserts, we ordered the blueberry tiramisu and chocolate ice cream. The tiramisu is not classic and is suitable for those who want a special ending. The ice cream was more banal. In conclusion, Miriam, the owner of the place, is a local Jew and was very nice. Her sister manages with her and her husband is the chef. The service was the best we could have asked for. The food was the best kosher we have eaten so far in Rome. And even the price was very fair. We paid 102 euros for all of this, when we only ate at lunch in the touristy area of ​​the Jewish ghetto at 1.5 times the price in a very disappointing restaurant.

25/03/2025: I would give 10 stars if possible! I loved every minute at the hotel! The reception team, the bar/restaurant team, housekeeping... everybody were PERFECT ! The service is greater than at other 5* hotels I've stayed in Rome! The room was perfect. Breakfast menu/service was top. Also I would like to pay a special attention to the Locarno Bar which is definitely one of the best bars I've ever been to! Can't wait to come back!!

24/03/2025: Rooms were fantastic, spacious and classically designed yet they were clean and well-maintained. The service was outstanding the concierge was always timely responding to requests, the bar and restaurant staff were excellent too. We especially enjoyed the relaxing evenings at Bar Locarno and food were delicious too (both breakfast and dinner)! The location is the hotel is well connected next to Piazza Del Poppolo. It’s also a nicely located to escape the noise and just relax :) a stay worth while. We had a lovely 3 nights stay at Hotel Locarno!

24/03/2025: Veg Restaurant. In the heart of Appio Latino. The environment is comfortable, the guys in the dining room are professional, kind and also knowledgeable about wines. The entree of various types of leavened products and the fried croquette with potato and onion are given to everyone, these gestures are always appreciated. These that you see are already the spring menu and we took: Mixed pasta "Mancini" escarole, sour butter and confit shallot. The pasta was a little salty but it wasn't annoying. The escarole sauce with sour butter is a winning combination, neither of the two flavors overwhelms the other because you can feel the fattiness that the butter gives and the flavor of the vegetables, the shallot gives that extra touch of sweetness, excellent. For the second course I took the braised artichoke, monray sauce and jus of Provençal herbs. Unfortunately the hard leaves of the artichoke remained, so I had to spit them out. You can use the outer leaves to make chips or even for another dish so as not to waste the raw material, which is excellent. For the rest, the sauce was tasty while the jus was very neutral. I recommend bringing a spoon with this dish.

23/03/2025: Excellent vegetarian restaurant. The menu includes a choice of four dishes for each course. Original recipes well prepared and particularly cared for in the presentation. Nice welcome with an appetizer offered by the chef. In our case, a potato and nutmeg croquette that, said like that, seems banal, but it was certainly not one of those you eat elsewhere. Of course, excellent service and everything else.
