08/07/2025: The food wasn't great. Fast service but unprofessional. We ordered the saltimbocca alla Romana, which was drowned in a tasteless and odorless sauce. The meat was overcooked, and you couldn't taste the prosciutto or even the sage... Speaking with the arrogant and unprofessional owner, he didn't appreciate our opinion... I don't know if I'm making myself clear, but your restaurant is also open to non-Italian tourists... that's called courtesy and professionalism. And if you don't agree... just write off that entry is exclusively for Italians. The dishes, however, were rated below average. Please know, Mr. Host, that we've been touring restaurants for 50 years and have reviewed over 3,800 places... many more professional and the food excellent... This is our extremely personal review. I don't recommend it due to the lack of professionalism and the poor quality of the food.

15/07/2025: The food was prepared carelessly. The quality of the ingredients was mediocre. We had seafood pasta, but the seafood flavor didn't really come through in the pasta. It tasted bland. Perhaps the chef wasn't motivated for lunch. We ate amidst the sounds of people arguing inside. The location is nice, but that's about it.

12/07/2025: A restaurant away from the tourist crowds, where you can enjoy traditional dishes without sacrificing other local flavors. There's a remarkable wine selection. We were served quickly, and the waiter was attentive in suggesting modifications to accommodate food intolerances for some of our group, something not often found in many restaurants in the capital. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the quality is adequate. There are also a few tables outside; however, the air conditioning inside isn't bothersome.

19/06/2025: All in all good, prices a little high but magnificent location. from a location like this, and from quality food I expected a higher level of service. Not that it was terrible, on the contrary, just that from a place like this and from the food they serve I expected a service a little more attentive and professional.

11/07/2025: From the moment we arrived, the service was cold and unwelcoming. When I approached the counter to ask for a table, the older man behind it didn't even acknowledge me with a smile. A waiter politely asked how many people were in our group, and when I replied “three,” the man at the counter rudely cut in with an abrupt “Wait a minute,” clearly irritated that the waiter had dared to speak while he was processing a bill. His tone was completely unnecessary and set the tone for the rest of our visit. We had a pram with us, and although the waiter had already directed us to place it near the counter, the same man snapped again, “Make sure you keep the pram by the counter,” in a tone that was more of a warning than a request. At no point did we feel welcomed, in fact, it felt as though we were being tolerated rather than served. As for the food, underwhelming at best. Several items we asked for were unavailable, and we were told we could only order what was listed on the menu, as if accommodating customers was an inconvenience. Shockingly, this place doesn't even offer basic baby-changing facilities, which is unacceptable in this day and age for any restaurant, especially one that claims to be family-friendly. To top it off, they brought the bill to our table without even checking if we were finished with our meal. It felt like we were being pushed out the door. It became quite obvious that the older man had a problem with us from the start, and what made it worse was watching him warmly greet and interact with other customers, all of whom appeared to be Italian. The contrast in treatment was hard to ignore. This establishment is unwelcoming, the service is appalling, and the food isn't worth the attitude. There are far better places to spend your money and your time. Stay well away. A deeply unpleasant and disappointing experience from start to finish. At no point did we feel welcome; it felt more like they were doing us a favor by letting us in. As for the food, it was completely disappointing. Several dishes we requested were unavailable, and we were told we could only order what was on the menu, as if satisfying customers was a hassle. Incredibly, the restaurant doesn't even have a diaper-changing area, an unacceptable omission for any restaurant, especially one that advertises itself as family-friendly. To top it all off, they brought the bill to our table without even asking if we were finished. It really seemed like they wanted to send us away as quickly as possible. It was clear the older man had a problem with us from the start, and it became even clearer when we saw him warmly welcoming other customers, all of them Italian. The difference in treatment was impossible to ignore. This place is not welcoming, the service is terrible, and the food isn't worth the rude attitude. There are plenty of other places worth going to. Stay away.

12/06/2025: I think it deserves 5 stars for the excellent quality-price ratio. Generous portions. Going into detail: The mixed appetizers were good, among them the parmigiana and the beans flavored in an original way (no spoilers 😀). The first courses were also good: amatriciana, strictly without onion, and spaghetti al Bottarolo, original. Second courses were ok: saltimbocca alla romana reinterpreted with pork and strictly original tripe. The bread was good. The coffee was excellent. The desserts were less exciting to me. We will return. Clean bathroom.

12/06/2025: Familiar and very relaxed atmosphere, in fact we went there with lifelong friends, who are in fact a second family. Since the last time I was here the level has risen a lot, thanks to the young and very talented chef. The all you can eat menu formula is convenient, but you have to be prepared because the quantities are important. We fell in love with the fried artichokes, the cacio e pepe and the carbonara were excellent, but also the other first courses we tried were really tasty and the pasta cooked to perfection. Among the second courses we tasted the delicious saltimbocca, the very tasty tripe that melted in the mouth and the meatballs in sauce. Tiramisu was above average. The staff welcomed us and pampered us with kindness and availability, it seems like a cliché but we really felt at home. An ideal place for an evening with friends, between taste and joy.

02/07/2025: I came with my wife and son recommended by a friend (for once I didn't look at the reviews!). The place is nice, it doesn't have a specific identity but all in all the various styles fit together. The food is good, well cooked and served in the right way. About the service, the vote I gave is not fully deserved, let's say that I rated the best of the staff... the others awkward and disorganized. I will go back and I recommend everyone to try it, but I hope to find adequate waiting staff, both in numbers and in terms of skills.

19/07/2025: I’ve had my share of pizzas in Rome and italy in general, but I’m telling you, this was the best pizza I’ve had in Italy. The staff were so nice, the drinks were delicious.

07/06/2025: My favorite pub in Centocelle. It has a decent outdoor space. The place inside is nice, nothing memorable but welcoming. Excellent selection of beers and their sandwiches are truly incredible, with a careful and not obvious selection. Pulled Pork to try. The only flaw is the slightly slow service, but nothing exhausting

26/06/2025: Fraschetta dei castelli atmosphere typical of the place. We were there on a holiday (where you cannot choose dishes from the menu but only adapt to the mandatory proposed menu for each individual person). Apart from this that could have been specified, good food and courteous service.

08/06/2025: I don't like the green plastic on the ceiling of a beautiful old cellar. In the fixed menu in the second choice, the choice was limited to a capocollo or sausage, the rest extra. I didn't like it. Anyway excellent food, I will return

22/06/2025: I celebrated my birthday and I was very surprised by the dinner with really good dishes and very well presented, the prices are fair, you can enjoy a quiet dinner and then have fun in company with music. The cocktails are not bad either.

13/06/2025: Very difficult to find, there is no sign on Viale di Tor di Quinto. It is located next to the restaurant I Meloncini, very visible from the street. Ample free parking available

23/06/2025: Friendly owner and tasty sandwich. They offer a good variety of sandwiches and snacks. Just during the short period of time while we were having the food, there were more than 10 people visited and ordered coffee which speaks their quality of food and coffee.
