Excellent rotisserie, for aperitifs and meeting up with friends

I discovered chef Fabrizio Sepe and his simple yet delicious recipes on Instagram. So I wanted to try his bistro's cuisine for myself, and I've been back several times with great pleasure. The menu is varied, the dishes are authentic and delicious, home-style yet refined, with excellent ingredients prepared with care. I've tried several dishes: orecchiette, roast beef with mashed potatoes, Roman-style artichoke that melts in your mouth, a delicious vegetable frittata, delicious crème caramel and tiramisu... The place is small and always quite crowded, partly because in addition to table service, the bistro also offers takeout, so there's constant coming and going. This can make for a bit of a mix-up, but the staff is very attentive and helpful, and sometimes even the chef comes to the dining room to help serve the tables, with great charm. The icing on the cake: the very fair price. What more could you ask for? 🤩

I often come here for lunch. There's always a great selection of seasonal dishes, with a focus on Roman cuisine. Open until 8:00 PM, takeout is also available. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and it's recommended even if you're traveling alone. I've also seen a remarkable wine selection, as well as absolutely delicious homemade bread and desserts.

I went today for takeout lunch. Everything was good. Excellent. I regret not living in Rome to be able to eat there every now and then.

Excellent food. I stopped for an aperitif and then for lunch. The aperitif platter was high-quality and varied. The lunch menu offered several options, but since I had an early lunch and am pregnant, I asked for something off the menu, and they made it for me! Kindness is the strong point of the entire staff. Chef Fabrizio Pepe allowed us to take photos and chat. I felt like I was at home, we'll definitely be back 😍
