06/05/2026: Fantastic, classy hidden gem. Salvatore is just amazing. The coffee, the gelato, the interior...and theres a little tobacco counter right at the back!

11/05/2026: A small cozy restaurant with amazing fresh seafood, a must visit on your stay in Rome. The staff is amicable, seafood is fresh, cooked to perfection, i totally loved it, was highly recommended by my Airbnb host. Fried calamari is a delight!The Chef is incredible, we enjoyed his suggestions and warm interaction!

04/05/2026: There is a staff member who speaks a little Korean and Japanese. It seems like a restaurant frequented by many Japanese people, but there are quite a few Korean customers as well! The mussels were plentiful and tasted great. The gnocchi and risotto were also seasoned just right, and the flavors of the ingredients were rich and delicious! They served us complimentary limoncello at the end, and the service and hospitality were more impressive than anywhere else I've been. 🤗

03/05/2026: I highly recommend the steamed mussels in the picture!! They're incredibly plump. You can really feel the authenticity. I went around 8pm on Saturday, so it was crowded and I had to wait quite a while. It seems like it would be less crowded if you go earlier, or around 9pm. The staff are friendly and very kind! Apparently, their cream risotto with langoustines is famous, but I ordered it expecting a strong shrimp flavor, and I felt the shrimp taste wasn't as strong as I thought. Personally, I think the seafood risotto is better. Also, the meat wasn't anything special, I guess? The seafood dishes are definitely the best. Definitely give it a try!

16/05/2026: We went today for the first time, we were surprised when we paid, we thought we would spend a lot more, instead we were pleasantly surprised, excellent quality and everything delicious!

11/05/2026: A dive into Sicily. Delicious arancini and cannoli. Delicious, authentic flavors from typical Palermo rosticceria. A wonderful discovery!

26/04/2026: A nice, welcoming place where you can meet up and chat with friends while eating HEALTHY food. Worth a try.

12/03/2026: Went for lunch during the work week and ordered fish with potatoes and salad. The dish I received wasn’t what I expected and I didn’t enjoy it. When I asked the waitress for help, the response wasn’t very supportive and I was essentially told the issue was on my side. Bad experience.

11/06/2026: Fantastic final meal before heading to the airport. Anya and her lovely coworker (didn't grab her name) were so kind and friendly. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. Great portions and fresh produce. We loved our meal!

07/06/2026: Our last night in Rome, and someone suggested seafood, so we found this nearby place along the Fiumicino waterfront. FOOD & DRINK - Primarily seafood, and those in the group who liked seafood all enjoyed it. Those who did not had a choice of "Roman" dishes (cacio e pepe, carbonara, and a couple of other variations on the same theme), which also worked well. There was an extensive bar menu. People generally liked what they got, though some of the proportions seemed a little off (my caipirinha was very cachaca-forward, the Moscow Mule not very gingery, etc.). SERVICE - We have a lovely waitress who took good care of us, and made it a pleasant meal. AMBIANCE - Like every other restaurant on either side of it, the bistrot has a large enclosed front patio where most folk sit, watching the canal edge and enjoying the breeze. The breeze was a bit much for us, so we ended up eating inside, which space was a bit more cramped, but still comfortable and pleasant. NET-NET - There are dozens of places in the area to eat. This one certainly has my recommendation.

20/05/2026: A very friendly, trendy restaurant/bar. Friendly welcome, excellent wine, good food. I recommend it.

18/05/2026: A great aperitif, complete with caramelized fruit pieces, served live by top-class bartender Giulia—really serious stuff.

08/06/2026: An authentic restaurant, the likes of which aren't many anymore. I stumbled upon it by chance: I'll be back.

19/05/2026: I went for lunch on a Sunday with my friends. I recommend making a reservation. We ordered three starters and a main course to share. I'm not sure if the portion was small or I was hungry, but I left wanting more! Very good. The service was quick and accurate.

13/06/2026: The pasta carbonara is magnificent. Don't miss it. Small but very nice.

09/06/2026: Avoid this place! It’s a tourist trap. They don’t even have a kitchen and microwave the food in front of you. I was here four years ago and still can’t forget the bad experience. And just like all other tourist traps this place has high rating probably through manipulation of clients.

08/05/2026: We went there last night to order two takeout pizzas. They were very friendly, kind, and welcoming. While we waited, they offered us several samples of their zeppoline, which were truly delicious. The pizza was delicious. Finally, a true Neapolitan pizzeria in Rome. We'll definitely be back!
