06/06/2025: 423euros for 2 people, for a tasting menu of 7 steps (plus 2 desserts) & wine paring with 1 sparkling, 2 whites, 1 orange and 1 rosso.
My first experience in a 1* Michelin star restaurant and a great one. Don't have much to compare with but it was overall an astounding experience. I do have to say only 3 plates had a real "wow" feeling, but all of them were greatly enjoyable.
28/05/2025: Everything you can ask for in a fine dining establishment. Great experience and would recommend to anyone who has an acquired taste.

21/06/2025: Typical Ariccia tavern, six of us went for lunch and we tried 6 different first courses. What can I say? Borghese is right: it's the best cacio e pepe! All the other dishes are equally good, amatriciana, carbonara, gricia, paiata...
A homely and warm service. A truly pleasant lunch, we spent very little. Go there!!

Interesting food and wine proposal with a very well calibrated tasting menu that gives the possibility to taste the local cuisine from appetizer to dessert. Good wine list and excellent price for the quality offered. I will definitely return
14/04/2025: We opted for the surprise menu (€70 p.p). Super nice staff. We were also very well advised on the wine selection. Let's come to the food: it was super varied. There was pasta, risotto (best risotto of my life), pork belly, fish, tiramisu: everything was super delicious and I can only warmly recommend a visit. Thank you for this great evening!

02/07/2025: Well I wish I could give this 6 stars. The sea food Pinze which they very kindly made is off the charts. Fantastic. And Donna's was sublime. I cannot recommend this place enough. And Enzo is a fabulous friendly front of house. So will be back. Amazing
27/06/2025: We were here for a late lunch, we had pizza, we each ate half. We didn't like it at all and we both felt sick, it was very greasy. But the service was pleasant, the toilet was nice, clean and the restaurant is very nicely decorated inside. We paid €39 for two pizzas and water.
