19/02/2025: Its now my fav place in san lorenzo. The prices are ok, they have a big variety of beers. The food is also amazing and the staff is nice. The atmosphere is so cool we loved sitting outside with the heating and the cute view of the street

07/04/2025: The place is really nice and very welcoming, the only flaw is the spaces, let's say it's not super suitable for large companies. With this observation aside, the food is delicious, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the general quality is high and the prices are fair. Super recommended for anyone who wants to eat a good sandwich with quality chips in the Frascati area near the hospital.

27/03/2025: Very nice authentic restaurent, very tasty food, the old granpa of the familly is still arround, he collected matchboxes left by customers and framed them on the walls, therefore the name of the restaurent ;-)

The environment is very welcoming and you immediately immerse yourself in a family-run reality by crossing the corridors full of photos that attest to the passage of notables from all over the world, right there where we are walking towards our room. The furnishings treat that 80's taste, but can be said to be quite elegant. Sufficient bed comfort, decent room. We had the opportunity to taste the restaurant's cuisine and that is the reason why I recommend everyone to visit this place, the quality is unmatched. It is also excellent as a base to then go to the surroundings to enjoy the natural beauty. The only thing that is unfortunate is the lack of interest of the owners who upon our arrival did not dedicate themselves to welcoming us as one would expect from a structure of this type and for breakfast that offers all packaged foods and a limited choice for a savory breakfast.

We had velvet shrimp with anchovies, seabass with tomatoes, tuna crudo with artichokes, that were served with toasted bread with olive oil, and beef tartar sandwich with brioche And paired the whole thing with 🍾Cuvée Apart from their main menu, there’s a lunch many as well which you may want to take a look at Overall, the place is a MUST if you like it raw and elegant

The quality of the ingredients, the friendly and impeccable service, and the Italian family atmosphere that surrounds the place are incomparable. I took my parents for dinner on a Saturday night, and even though we didn't have reservations, we were very well received. My father is of Italian descent and it felt like we were having dinner at Nono and Nona's house, how I miss it 🤍 You can feel that there is love in this place and that they love what they do. The prices are great, and extremely reasonable for the quality of the meals and the service offered. Go, because it's totally worth it, and for dessert, order the Torta da Nona, it's PERFECT! 😭❤️

A truly wonderful experience in addition to the high satisfaction with food and value for money. Truly highly recommended, we will definitely be back. Attentive to every single tiny need.
