Prenotato un tavolo all'ultimo minuto per una cena di lavoro improvvisata, devo dire che abbiamo trovato una vera e propria chicca. Personale squisito, materia prima di grande qualità e prezzo assolutamente onesto.
Sicuramente torneremo alla prossima occasione.
Bravi, continuate così!

22/03/2025: Very kind even though it was 3.30pm they made us a top carbonara! Even though we had taken it to take away and not consumed it immediately, it was still very good and al dente. The cacio e Pepe, however, was too light and, although good, needed an extra boost!

13/03/2025: Really excellent meat, both the tartare and the steaks. I really appreciated that, after asking the master grill chef for advice, he didn't offer us the most expensive quality. The vegetable side dishes are also excellent.
High prices, but unfortunately within the average for the period.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was very good, with a complimentary glass of prosciutto upon arrival and complimentary bread. It's a change from other restaurants in Rome.

A walk through the streets of the center… between Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain… exactly in Via Belsiana.
We sit down unaware of living a culinary experience that is nothing short of sublime.
I recommend the carbonara and the Roman Pinsa.
Attentive service more than a luxury restaurant!

27/01/2025: We stopped for a couple of draft beers and a mixed cold cuts and cheese platter.
All very good, higher quality cutting board than many others around, also well presented.
Warm, welcoming and tastefully furnished environment.
A nice discovery in a neighborhood that often has an overly touristy gastronomic offer.
We'll be back!

Seriously. 2 nights in a row we came here and were not disappointed.
The staff were amazing. We had a toddler with us and they went above and beyond to make her a simple pasta she really enjoyed.
If you are in the area. Make the trip to enjoy a dinner down here.
You won’t regret it!!!

18/03/2025: The food is very good and can be eaten very well, I can't comment on the fish first courses because I don't like pasta with fish, for the rest everything is top notch, the only negative point is that it is frequented by people who unfortunately have little care for personal cleanliness and if you happen to be near one of these people eating you struggle to swallow the food, but it's not the owners' fault..... For the rest I highly recommend it....

19/03/2025: Cafe Gotico is a hidden gem! The food was incredible — the original carbonara, cacio e pepe, and arrabbiata were all perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The coffee was top-notch, and the service was outstanding, with the staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome. To top it off, there’s a sweet, beautiful dog that adds an extra layer of charm to the already fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot for amazing food, great coffee, and wonderful service!
