22/03/2026: A truly delightful, accidental discovery thanks to The Fork. I booked for lunch as I was in the Trastevere area. The restaurant is small but new and well-maintained. It's spotlessly clean. The beef carpaccio with puntarelle and tuna sauce was delicious, and the cacio e pepe was also very good. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

Intrigued by the name, we entered a welcoming and traditional restaurant, where you can immediately feel the authentic atmosphere of Roman tradition. The cuisine is authentic, high-quality, with excellent ingredients and absolutely fair prices. The owner's passion and professionalism are clearly evident, as he cooks with care and respect for traditional recipes, enhancing them with flavor and simplicity. We tasted the truly extraordinary tonnarelli all'amatriciana, the perfectly cooked artichokes, and an exquisite tiramisu that rounded out the meal perfectly. Each dish confirmed the quality and attention to detail. Also noteworthy is the courtesy and kindness, which make the experience even more pleasant and familiar. We will definitely return, both to try the other dishes on the menu and for the wonderful hospitality we received. A true place, like those of times gone by, truly worth discovering.

01/02/2026: A wonderful discovery today for lunch! We were craving typical Roman dishes, expertly cooked with authentic and wholesome ingredients: we were truly lucky to find this little place, where we were greeted with such kindness and professionalism by the girl in the dining room. Tonnarelli all'amatriciana, artichokes, baked potatoes, and homemade tiramisu. Everything was excellent! The final highlight was meeting Manuel, the owner: a kind, honest, and knowledgeable man, who told us about Nonna Mimma and her story. We'll definitely be back to try the meatballs and carbonara! 07/01/2026: My partner and I went on Tuesday at 9 pm and the service was excellent! They have regular pizzas but also some called "pinsas" that are longer fermented and made with rice flour, and they were delicious! We tried the daily special, which was fettuccine with duck, and it was also wonderful. The quality-price ratio is very, very good, the waiters were very friendly (even though we don't speak Italian, they spoke to us in English), and the place is very clean and nice. Highly recommended!

19/02/2026: Unprofessional and rude. I called to see if there was availability in five or six months, and was treated as if I had no right to ask. They essentially told me I woke up late, in an extremely rude and annoyed manner. It's fine to point it out if that was the case, but there are ways and means, since I asked very politely. Excellent strategy for losing customers.

15/02/2026: Had a great time, a few minor inconveniences that didn't end up compromising the experience. Friends of mine celebrated their wedding, but absolutely loved the desserts and especially the locally (right in front of you) handmade cannoli and mozzarella. There was a baby station in the male bathroom (yay). But the only hiccup happened with the organization of the staff, due to terrible weather we moved the cake indoors and the entrance was chosen for the pictures and all, but too overcrowded, it would have been much better to move it in the larger rooms inside where more people could have gathered more easily. Except for that? Lovely.

11/12/2025: A truly beautiful place with a fresh, contemporary style reminiscent of the seaside. The staff are very professional and courteous, always ready to welcome guests in the most appropriate way. I was very satisfied with the first courses, including risotto with scampi cream and gnocchi with clams, and the second courses confirmed the excellent cooking skills and interpretation of recipes I had already tasted elsewhere, such as the sea bream with potatoes, which was tender and flavorful. I recommend it to anyone who loves an elegant, family-friendly atmosphere!

20/11/2025: We went for lunch today. They have many appetizers to choose from, plus spaghetti with clams and gnocchi with scampi cream, plus coffee and tart. We had the 14 euro menu. In my opinion, everything was very good. The staff was very polite and friendly, they made us feel at home. Congratulations. I'll definitely be back and bring more people.

The combination of flavors is excellent – ​​I highly recommend the porchetta and roasted pepper sandwich and the traditional Italian salami sandwich. The portions are generous and the price is fair. Each time, we've been completely satisfied, given the quality and quantity of the food. The appetizer selection is very unique, varied, and high-quality. Unlike other restaurants, the quality of the various courses is consistently high, so I would recommend it for both a first and second course dinner. The service is much more informal than the aesthetics of the place, but in a good way. There are two dining rooms, but overall there are few seats, so reservations are recommended. On the other hand, there are no problems with parking, given the fairly isolated location. We'll definitely be back, as it's become a local favorite.

I hope this comment can be helpful to new mothers, helping them understand the poor management and, above all, the lack of willingness to resolve the issue. I spoke with Cinzia, who I don't know if she's a manager or the owner. Either way, she's the point of contact or a front. I'll go into detail. The choice to attend only once a week on Saturdays, with the option of a one-on-one class, gave me the idea of ​​continuity and the possibility of continuing, because during pregnancy, it's essential to stay connected. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Between long weekends, the midwife's absence without a replacement, the children's sports competitions, and the Christmas holidays, we missed a lot of meetings, and since December 13th, we've only seen each other again on January 10th. Is that possible for a pregnant woman? I'd say NO. Poor communication. I learned about a Christmas competition, with no rescheduling, from a girl in the class whose number I luckily have. No one at the gym bothered to notify me or all the other pregnant women by email, phone, or text, nor did they bother to make up the class (due to THEIR own event). They didn't even bother to make us skip all the other days that followed, without even asking if we'd been there. The center was open for other classes on non-holiday days. And what about us? Are we transparent? Ask? Have a class schedule? I feel mocked to hear them say we fully understand the inconvenience, and then not take action, but disappear for days and days without a response from the manager, who is always away on vacation, leaving me/us hanging. We've already paid. There are holidays, after all. To hear Cinzia, the manager, tell me, after the fact, that this isn't a course or lessons, but that I paid for a package + membership to the center. So what do we call it? Hearing me say, "You'll make them up with your son/daughter later..." So, thank you so much, but after you've caused me such a huge problem, do you think I'll sign up again with my son? What was missing? Communication, organization, consideration for a group of people at a fragile time, excuses and fake attentions covered in kindness with no resolution. Because many of us couldn't and won't be able to take advantage of them because we're at the end of our pregnancy. Because I, like the others, have suffered physical damage from the lack of movement. Because for me, this was a gift to get better, and coming twice and then not twice, and coming three times and not a month makes no sense. I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you that the water is cold when we get in and the app you use is very basic and not very functional.
