31/03/2025: Informal and welcoming environment, the managers are kind and competent. The mixed fried foods are excellent, to start with, and the pizzas offered are excellent. Bonus for some "special" versions of the day.

21/03/2025: I chose this wonderful restaurant to celebrate the milestone of my graduation with friends and relatives on Saturday 15/03/25. Gilda, from our first meeting, welcomed me with extreme professionalism and was very careful in satisfying all my requests. The chef's meat menu is simply superlative and was a treat for the palate and the dining room staff made every guest feel at ease and was extremely helpful in accommodating the diners' every need; everything was accompanied by the wonder of the location which enchanted everyone present. Thank you so much for everything, you are fantastic

21/03/2025: Enchanting location with an incredible view overlooking both an illuminated swimming pool and Rome. Prominent restaurant located in the Castelli Romani area. Impeccable welcome from the maìtre who assists guests in every choice. The attention to detail and the welcome flutes served upon arrival were very appreciated. Refined and particular cuisine, prices appropriate to the location and the quality of the food.

10/03/2025: The food is a good quality. Very tasty bread made by the chef of the kitchen. The oil of the vergine olive comes from the region of San Vito. Sraciatella formaggio with natural aroma of orange from Capri mixed with oil of olive is like a heaven in the mouth. Then soup od the pumpkin. I' m vegetarian. I got more than I requested. Thanks a lot.

06/04/2025: Very welcoming, pleasant and relaxing place. The concepts are nice and the blackboard menu is nice too. The choice of wines is decent. The dishes offered are not many but well prepared and good. I have already been to this place several times. I enjoyed both the pinsa and the meatballs. The wines by the glass are suitable for pairings. The service is good, friendly staff and correct waiting times. Price normal

Andrea's restaurant, chef and owner, is a true gem for those who love good food, with dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and a creative touch that makes them unique. We started with a trio of delicately flavored ricottas, followed by two traditional Roman classics: the Giudia-style artichoke and the Roman-style one, both nothing short of crazy. The vegetable meatball with pumpkin cream and Taggiasca olives was a real surprise, while the crunchy potato chips added a delicious touch to the starter. The first courses were the real triumph: the gnocchi with gorgonzola, walnuts and 'nduja were creamy and full of character, the ravioli filled with aubergines, scamorza and pine nuts a perfect balance of flavours, while the gnocchi with clam and artichoke cream were a delicate and refined mix of sea and land. As a second course, the chicken cut with lime, saffron, honey and crumbled Taggiasca olives surprised us with its combination of sweet and citrus, with very tender and juicy meat. Exceptional food accompanied by a location worthy of a 5⭐️ luxury and seasoned with the kindness and attention of the dining room staff. If you want advice, let them guide you on a tasteful journey. All the guys were exceptional and we felt truly pampered Alessandra accompanied us throughout the dinner, making us feel like important customers HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
