29/09/2025: A stylish oasis amidst the chaos of the Appian Way, with gourmet music playing in the background. Excellent dishes made with quality ingredients, served with professionalism, kindness, and friendliness, with great attention to allergies and intolerances. Lots of welcoming gestures, and the entire staff is highly professional and friendly. Fabulous stuffed calamari, exceptional grilled vegetables—when a simple dish is prepared with quality ingredients and skill, it's a whole different story. The spaghetti with clams is perfect. What can I say? We'll definitely be back.

05/08/2025: The staff was very welcoming and sweet to us and the food was amazing. The Scoglio Del Gabbiano in particular was with fresh seafood and was worth every cent. Definitely visit this place

10/09/2025: Amazing restaurant! We ate truffle tartare as a starter, duck-stuffed gnocchi, and fettuccine, all with black truffles, accompanied by filet mignon in mustard sauce. At the end, we were offered a complimentary dessert. All the dishes were excellent, very tasty. The atmosphere was also a highlight, pleasant and cozy. Special mention goes to Francesco's service, very helpful and attentive. A wonderful find in Rome! I highly recommend it!

07/09/2025: The truffles are unbelievable!! On pasta is good, but on meat is the best. Splendid honey and duck breast. (I licked the honey dipper multiple times; don’t tell my mom.) Good sautéed spinach and mille feuille (deconstructed with chocolate mousse). But the best thing of all? THE SERVICE. Staff are so kind, welcoming, gracious, attentive, generous, and warm. It feels like being at a friend’s house. <3

09/08/2025: I wanted to try authentic, homemade pasta during my visit to Rome, and I found it at this restaurant. We went twice because the service was warm and the food was truly delicious. I'm so happy to have had real pasta, thanks to the chef here. Bravo!

09/09/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant today and I have to say it's excellent. I was with a relative and we had: 1 Versace seafood salad with arugula and olives €16, 1 corsaro appetizer €18, which included mussels, anchovies, salmon tartare, seafood salad, 1 octopus tentacle, then 2 spaghetti with clams, super. A bottle of La Pergola Toscana Vermentino wine €2024, 1 coffee, total €85.

08/09/2025: We ate there on our last night in Rome... by pure chance, as we had to quickly change hotels due to an oversight during our previous checkout. So, we booked another hotel, and found ourselves facing the Corsaro... and what can I say? We ate very well and more... a welcoming place, very friendly staff, and equally as good food! I recommend everything, especially the raw fish platter! Congratulations!

07/09/2025: This is a true Roman osteria, like few others. A small restaurant in Garbatella with 5-6 tables and an outdoor area with another 4, but the cuisine is impressive, thanks to the owner's love and dedication to tradition. The menu is simple and a distillation of Roman cuisine. The price point is simple: €10 for first courses and €11 for second courses, but the ingredients and the care taken in preparing it are top-quality. We had a truly outstanding cacio e pepe, perfectly cooked tonnarelli, and a textbook sauce. For our main course, we had Roman-style tripe with a side of pan-fried chicory; the tripe was even better than the tripe made by my wife's grandmother, who is also Roman. To finish, we had cookies baked by the owner's grandmother. We left happy to have taken a little trip down memory lane of Rome, and we're sure we'll be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

21/09/2025: Excellent food, superb service. I had ordered a Margherita for delivery, but due to a delivery driver error, I was delivered a different pizza. I contacted Pizzeria Loffredo, and not only were they already aware of the error, but they immediately contacted the delivery company to arrange pickup and delivery of the correct pizza as quickly as possible. I actually received it very quickly. It's a shame you can't give more than 5 stars. I highly recommend it!!! 😋

26/08/2025: Fantastic restaurant just a few minutes from the city center. The dishes were all creatively prepared and incredibly delicious. Even without a reservation, we always got a seat. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Ostia.

05/09/2025: Fast and excellent service. A variety of food at very good prices, especially considering its location, just a few meters from the entrance to the Vatican Museums. Pizzas and other products are sold by weight, as well as sweets, which I haven't tried, but their appearance and aroma left a very good impression. What I did have the pleasure of eating was the pizza and a kind of flatbread, filled with cheese and arugula with cured meat. Both were spectacular. Along with this, there were rice balls with meat, stuffed with cheese (arancini, I think) and empanadas, also very tasty and not heavy at all. They have cardboard pizza boxes, so you can take them and eat them later, or sit at one of the tables in the restaurant.

02/09/2025: The food was all good, from appetizers to dessert. Unfortunately, the wait was a bit long; we waited over 50 minutes for our entrees... I hope it was a mistake and not the norm. Pleasant waiters, good value. It's an old-fashioned place, but still pleasant. I'll be back (even if only to see if the delay in getting our entrees was a coincidence).
