While passing through Parma, we were recommended this beautiful tavern. Research and professionalism in the selection of wines, not banal, and then the quality and originality of the dishes thrilled us. Excellent service. Well done to the owner and his staff!

A more than positive experience regarding the raw material. We tried a starter of cured meats, tortelloni and horse pesto All very good. The only sore point, at least for me, is the lack of accompanying the appetizer with the traditional gnocco or fried pie. Anyway, worth coming back

Wonderfully tasty dishes, a dreamy contamination between the West and the Middle East. The tagliatelle with white sheep ragout is highly recommended.

Super nice staff, great place, good vine and delicious food - great product sourcing as well! As a vegan it was possible for me to get some Spaghetti algio olio (not on the menu) but they also had some hummus on the menu which they usually serve with sheep but while we were there other guests got the hummus as a vegan plate with veggies. Would love to come back!

Locale raccolto un mix tra tradizione e modernità. Un plauso al personale preparato e sempre pronto a dare ottimi consigli. Ho percepito una qualità superiore in tutti i piatti assaggiati: tagliere di salumi e formaggi accuratamente selezionati, tartare di cavallo. Ottima scelta del beverage dal vino biologico sfuso, alle bottiglie e persino grappe e amari (ne ho assaggiato uno mai provato prima) Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, peccato non aver potuto assaggiare la torta fritta, ma mi è stato spiegato che non c'è più spazio per la friggitrice ed è stata tolta dal menù per ottimizzare la preparazione di altri piatti a menù (non ci sono fritti ed è tutto più salutare, scelta azzardata, ma salutare e che condivido) Insomma, non le ho provate tutte le osterie di Parma città, ma al momento è in pole position, ve la consiglio caldamente

Ottimo cibo, con proposte legate alla tradizione ma anche innovative. Personale gentile, e molto competente. Professionisti che mettono passione nel proprio lavoro.

Cibo squisito, provato gnocchi al ragù bianco di pecora e burek con carne e verza. La panna cotta con le visciole è super consigliata. Buono anche il caffè e, mi dicono, il vino. Accoglienza perfetta.
