Honest cuisine with honest staff, a finely curated wine list, and a view of the lively Piazzale Giovanni Inzani with its majestic linden trees. It's almost a shame to give good reviews here and alert the TripAdvisor army to this authentically preserved corner of the world.

Excellent food, very nice location, no service. Let me explain: you can't tell the person serving us, "Don't tell them there's something off the menu" and then make yourself heard. You can't serve glasses of wine, reciting the wine's merits at supersonic speed without looking at me, without anyone understanding anything, and then run away. Simply don't say anything. You can't serve half a glass to one diner and two fingers (with the dregs) to the other because the bottle is empty. The menu says that if you want an invoice, you have to say so upon arrival. Correct, but it's a menu; maybe they didn't read the instructions. And if you then spend five minutes complaining that this will completely stop the service (4 people), maybe you should just put your company information down.

A trattoria with a typical Parma atmosphere, simple but high-quality. Excellent food, great service, not to be missed.
