High-quality traditional cuisine, a warm, family atmosphere, and impeccable service—everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable.
I can't say which course I enjoyed the most; from appetizers to desserts, everything was delicious.

Excellent food, efficient and discreet service.
The price is fair for the quality and preparation of the dishes.
I will definitely be back to try the excellent Apulian taralluni! The zuppa inglese is superb.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't a positive one, much to my disappointment. The fried polenta was very oily. The cured meats were average and few in number. The first course was the one that surprised me the most: tagliolini with prosciutto crudo, topped with parsley and cherry tomatoes. I'd never seen anything like it, and it was obvious the prosciutto was the one that had been blackened and then cooked for reuse. The pork rosette was tasty, but it wasn't well-seasoned inside; there was no discernible prosciutto. I'm giving it three stars out of encouragement because, if the Michelin Guide and others saw something in it, it has potential that seems lost right now.
