I think that 5 stars for everything are enough to understand how satisfied I was with this restaurant from the atmosphere to the food to the staff, nothing out of place, I will return

I'll start by saying that I'm neither vegetarian nor vegan, but I went to this wonderful restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. Antonella guided us through the menu, enthusiastically explaining the care and passion with which the dishes and ingredients have been prepared for 30 years.
Because it's a seasonal menu, the dishes offered change every month... the May menu is a riot of colors and flavors!

Very tasty vegetarian restaurant that changes its menu every month. Very friendly people, they translated the menu into English for me. Definitely worth a visit.

Very attentive service, well-prepared food and exceptional ingredients, but the portions need to be reconsidered, also considering the prices offered, which are certainly not proportionate.

A very pretty restaurant with lovely, friendly staff who do their work with passion and conviction. Beautifully presented dishes, very innovative and very good! It's great that there are such good vegan restaurants. Highly recommended.

Eating at Apriti Sesamo was an incredible experience, even though I'm not vegan. Every aspect of the dish is meticulously crafted, the flavors delicate and beautifully balanced. It was truly a discovery, not only for the flavors but also for the knowledge I gained from food. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive to every request, but above all, you can sense their extraordinary passion for cooking and for their work. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Parma, much more so than the city's typical and traditional dishes!
