The large parking lot right in front of the restaurant is very convenient. Service and Atmosphere: The welcome was impeccable: we were immediately escorted to the table and presented the menu. The atmosphere is typical of the small Parma towns, relaxed and authentic. The Cuisine: The menu is extensive (about 7-8 options for both first and second courses) and also offers two interesting tasting menus. Appetizers: Excellent quality mixed cured meats, served with crispy giardiniera and a noteworthy fried gnocco: light, dry, and not at all heavy. Main Courses: We opted for the classic tortelli d'erbette (perfect in texture and filling) and an original roast duck with honey and caramelized apples, a dish that expertly balances sweet and savory. Winery: The local Lambrusco was excellent and accompanied the entire meal. Final thoughts: The bill is a few euros higher than the local average, but the expense is more than justified by the meticulous presentation and the high-quality ingredients. Absolutely excellent value.
