03/04/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, but the real highlights were Maria Rita and Claudio, whose friendliness and hospitality perfectly embodied Italian warmth. The drinks and food were absolutely delightful, and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. If you’re ever in the area, this is a spot you simply must visit! Abbiamo scoperto questo posto per caso ed è stata una meravigliosa sorpresa. L’atmosfera era calda e accogliente, ma i veri protagonisti sono stati Maria Rita e Claudio, la cui gentilezza e ospitalità rappresentano alla perfezione il calore italiano. Le bevande e il cibo erano assolutamente deliziosi, e li abbiamo gustati con grande piacere. Se vi trovate in zona, questo è un posto che dovete assolutamente visitare!

14/08/2025: We were in the restaurant, the place was practically empty, 3 tables were occupied. The waiter pointed us to a table where we sat down. When we placed our order, we wanted to order a bottle of wine, the waiter informed us that this wasn’t possible because this is a restaurant and this is where you eat. The waiter refused to accept the order because we only wanted to order a bottle of wine. We are disgusted. Our rating - 1. You have a lot of work to do on the standard of customer service.

14/08/2025: A terrible experience. It starts with the menu, which is sparse, and continues with the dishes. "Delicate seafood salad...": I could have stayed for hours chewing this rubbery substance they'd reduced to the octopus, three shriveled mussels, and three shrimp with an unspeakable taste and texture. The oil is supermarket-quality, but of poor quality. We had it changed, and they opened a new bottle in front of us, but the result was the same. The mixed fried fish is full of peppers and zucchini, and the fish, with the exception of the small fish—the only real fish of the evening—is the calamari, which is so salty and rubbery that it makes no sense! In short, at a Sicilian restaurant with a view, all that's left is the view, and you pay for that with a hefty price tag. It's truly scandalous that tourists, perhaps because it's their first time eating Sicilian food, are forced to eat these things. And unfortunately, those who are inexperienced and unwary don't realize this. We complained on site, but all we got were big smiles. How sad! It's unfair that you're taking advantage of your little corner of paradise to sell these goods prepared this way. We're Sicilians, we're in our sixties, and we know Sicilian cuisine.

20/06/2025: Ristorante dal Tramvia, a charming location with very original dishes. Incredible to think that in the Casalecchio area there is such a nice place. The dishes speak for themselves: swordfish tataki and beef tartare what quality

Really bad service They offended me when I asked for a plastic-free alternative. They are for sure not the kind vegan place you are looking for! Pretty ignorant people on environmental issues.

04/04/2025: Unfortunately the burger was disappointing. I've tried many vegan burgers (NON-industrial), and this one unfortunately turns out to be too dry. Really unbalanced sandwich. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful!

29/07/2025: We went there for dinner, and to say I was disappointed is an understatement! Let me start by saying...between the appetizer and the main course (we only ordered that), we waited an hour and a half, and if I hadn't asked where our dishes were, I could have waited another hour! The waiter kindly told us he'd offer us bitters to apologize for the inconvenience... bitters that we ended up paying for! Once we left, we checked the receipt and saw how much we'd paid for what we ate, and realized he'd also added bitters! What can I say...my compliments! I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

20/07/2025: Today we went to the restaurant for lunch. The quality was average, but the prices were excessive for what we ate. The price was above average. The garden was nice and well-kept. There were supposed to be rabbits there, but we didn't find them, but when my daughter (6 years old) asked a waitress where they were to see them, the waitress was rude, replying, "I have two boxes to work on." I won't be going back.

10/08/2025: Abbiamo avuto il piacere di gustare una deliziosa cena di pesce e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti! I piatti erano freschissimi, ben presentati e ricchi di sapore ! Un ringraziamento speciale va al cameriere che ci ha seguiti con grande professionalità, gentilezza e attenzione. Sempre sorridente e disponibile. Un servizio impeccabile che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente!

24/08/2025: Unfortunately, I was disappointed. A few years ago, the quality of the food was completely different...the salmon in particular, varied in color and excessive fat. DISAPPOINTED!

21/08/2025: This restaurant has truly become our comfort zone whenever we are in the city center. The atmosphere is relaxing, with plenty of seating perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or even a quieter moment. The sushi is excellent, with perfectly sized portions, while the Chinese and Thai dishes really surprised us — we didn’t expect to find such quality here. Service is always quick and attentive. We often order through Glovo as well and, even though we live about 20 minutes away, the food always arrives hot, carefully sealed, and well packaged. We really appreciate the attention to detail: from starters to mains, from sushi to side dishes, everything arrives just right. A highlight for us is definitely the ramen — on colder days, it’s the dish we crave the most. A restaurant we gladly recommend, both for dining in and for delivery.
