Going from how the Fiscaglione was in previous years to how it has become was a little difficult to accept, to be honest, being "osteria" types. But it still surprised us in a positive way! The staff is super welcoming and helpful, the food excellent and the dishes are elaborate and delicious! We had a great time talking with the owner and understood their choice to change; we will definitely be back!

I'd been to this osteria many years ago, which served classic Bolognese cuisine. I returned for a birthday celebration and discovered a change in management that has brought this establishment to a remarkable level. The beautifully landscaped garden, with pleasant background music, and the staff are highly knowledgeable. The dishes are made with high-quality ingredients, and the menu also features fish dishes (which I'll definitely try on a future visit).

The two of us went for dinner on Wednesday evening. The place was beautiful, well-maintained, with professional and friendly staff. The dishes were unusual but truly delicious. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

I can't believe the flood of negative reviews this restaurant has received. Maybe we were lucky, but still, the girl who served us was super nice and carefully explained what we didn't know. Our dishes were excellent, carefully presented, and delicious. When the young man apologized for the small willow leaves, I found it "weird" in a good way because I don't understand one thing: what does a customer who goes to the countryside to eat expect? In fact, I found the garden super clean and well-kept. Honestly, my friend and I were a little worried, influenced by the previous reviews, but thankfully, none of what we wrote is true. It was a wonderful discovery.

A truly excellent experience! The quality of the meat is simply extraordinary: you can immediately sense the attention to detail in selecting the ingredients, and every bite was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Special praise also goes to the staff, who were extremely kind, professional, and always smiling. They expertly advised us on our meat selection, explaining the characteristics of the various cuts and helping us find the one that best suited our tastes. Impeccable service made the dinner even more enjoyable.

A lovely, comfortable restaurant with friendly, yet unobtrusive service. The dishes are very interesting, some perhaps with oriental influences, but that's just my opinion. Some aren't entirely spot-on, but the great creativity and courage deserve recognition. We'll definitely be back.

A real discovery! At Osteria Del Fibbia we found quality, passion, and an authentic welcome. The meats are premium, carefully selected, and of the highest quality, cooked with great care and truly making a difference. Outstanding. The appetizers are superb!
Special praise to Matteo, the owner, empathetic and helpful, who makes you feel right at home, with a care for the customer that is far from a given these days.
The quality-price ratio is absolutely right for what you get and the overall experience. Highly recommended for those who love good food and especially quality meat. We'll definitely be back!
