This bistro is a little gem. The atmosphere is intimate and meticulously crafted. The menu offers traditional dishes revisited with a touch of originality. Special mention goes to the friendly and impeccable service and the highly sought-after wine list. A well-deserved five stars!

While visiting the beautiful village of Dozza, we had lunch at Calanco 25. It's a quiet and well-maintained place. The very kind owners welcomed us even though we hadn't booked because it was a Sunday. The food was excellent, presented with care and creativity. The owner's homemade cookies were delicious. We went with friends for Valentine's Day dinner with an à la carte menu. Great experience, we'll definitely be back.
