13/06/2025: very good fruit flavors, very rude staff: I asked what the vegan options were and they told me none, claiming that the fruit ice creams (fruit and water ingredients as they themselves said) were not suitable due to contamination, because the fruit is not vegan, but is fruit. in short I had to insist to have a cup of ice cream made, surreal and senseless conversation, too bad because the ice cream is very good, but I will not return.

25/05/2025: I organized my birthday at Locanda le Donzelle and I did not have a positive experience. The aspects that left us most unhappy were the disorganization of the place and when at the end of the evening they sent us away in an impolite manner. Even though we had ordered an all you can eat menu, the tigelle were brought too infrequently, consequently we were unable to consume the cutting boards. Furthermore, we asked several times for extra cheese to be brought to us but it never arrived. So I conclude by saying that even the consumption was not one of the best… Dinner was scheduled for 8:30 pm and at 10:30 pm, despite the slow service, they invited us to leave even though the place was still full. I understand the times to be respected, but I advise the Locanda staff to specify in a more efficient manner that the place must be left by 11:00 pm and to propose suitable times to customers.

This is my experience: everything was fine until the bill, I pay and go out, I notice a mistake and that I paid 4 euros too much: it took them 10 minutes before they decided to give it back to me... too long both because I was in a hurry and because we're not talking about bills that are too difficult...

Abbiamo scoperto questo posto per caso ed è stata una meravigliosa sorpresa. L’atmosfera era calda e accogliente, ma i veri protagonisti sono stati Maria Rita e Claudio, la cui gentilezza e ospitalità rappresentano alla perfezione il calore italiano. Le bevande e il cibo erano assolutamente deliziosi, e li abbiamo gustati con grande piacere. Se vi trovate in zona, questo è un posto che dovete assolutamente visitare!

13/06/2025: A friend of mine took me there during my stay in Bologna to taste cured meats and tigelle. Greetings of excellent quality, the place is very particular, rustic, in wood with soft lights, very beautiful. The staff is really helpful and courteous

A dinner costing almost €90, with tortelloni (which turned out to be tough, not al dente, after 5 minutes), unseasoned burrata that we had to ask for oil, and a lackluster Bolognese. With all the options available in Bologna, we would never return here. A complete tourist trap and nothing remarkable, and a rip-off at that price for two basic pasta dishes.
