I've had a truly excellent sandwich here! The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was relaxed, and above all, the quality products were excellent at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it. P.S. Sorry about the photo, I didn't have time... It was so good!

Whenever I want a proper burger, I go there. The sauce that goes with the fries is very unique. The flavor is bold and different from the usual. The owner has a kind manner in welcoming customers and seating them. He's always ready to explain his creations... all truly excellent! The wait times are relatively short considering they're freshly prepared. It's become a guarantee of quality and deliciousness! The food is good, the place is beautiful. Small? I like to call it intimate. Quiet and just a stone's throw from the historic center. Highly recommended!!

One of the best burgers in Imola. Cooked well and uses Heinz with a sweet mustard. Recommend trying if in Imola.

Truly excellent. I'd heard good things about this burger joint for a while, and now that I've been there, I can confirm it. The menu offers many different burgers, and they're truly delicious. Generous portions, well-seasoned, and with excellent bread. The fries are also delicious. The place, right in the center of Imola, is small and intimate. Decorated in an American style, it's comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. For burger lovers, this place is a must-try; you won't regret it.

The sandwiches are very good, you can taste the quality of the product, and I think the prices are very fair. The atmosphere is very pleasant and well-kept. I usually get takeout, but even just walking into this place makes me excited. I highly recommend it!

13/06/2026: I was at Bonelli's in Imola yesterday. There were four of us, and we showed up at 7:30 PM to avoid the usual weekend queue. We ordered (1 veggie, 1 alarm, 1 special, and 1 classic, if I'm not mistaken) and while we were waiting, I noticed that the meat was being taken from a "small oven" and finished cooking on a griddle. I checked with the cashier, and she confirmed that the meat was precooked to save time. The sandwiches arrived! Beautiful and fragrant, but the meat was overcooked inside, almost gray in color, and with too much Maillard on the surface. Precooking undoubtedly led to an unnecessary release of the meat's juices and flavors, causing them to remain in the pan. What a shame. At the entrance, they advertised a sandwich with juicy, pink meat, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The sandwiches themselves were inviting and tasty. Guys, let's face it, the menu isn't free, so if I come here, it's because I hope my expectations are met and fulfilled. I hope this review isn't taken as a criticism, but as advice to never stop improving.

30/06/2026: We visited this restaurant in our visit to bologna. We read some nice reviews online and we decided to give it a try since it had some good reviews about the famous beef ragu. A solid experience overall, friendly staff, no complaints on service, and the handmade, family-owned setting gives it genuine charm. That said, the ragù didn’t stand out for me: it lacked the depth and richness I was expecting. The pasta was also on the al dente side, closer to firm than tender, which may well be the authentic Bolognese standard, but it wasn’t to my taste. Would I return on my next visit to Bologna? Probably not, there are too many options in the city to repeat a restaurant that didn’t quite hit the mark. But if you value tradition and handmade cooking over bold flavour, it’s worth a visit.
21/06/2026: A great way to end our trip in a city with incredible food. This place is kind of an Italian food with a French twist, which provides a nice diversion if you're looking for some variety in your dining experience. The tortelloni carbonara was particularly fantastic and the wine selection was astounding. It's also in a quieter part of town. Super friendly staff, too.
