31/08/2025: I've been a customer of this restaurant for several years, and I must admit it's constantly improving. I find the cuisine to be constantly updated with new dishes, always of a high standard. The pizza is now on par with the best contemporary pizzerias in Campania. The recently renovated restaurant is very warm and welcoming, and with its spacious spaces, it's ideal for lunch or dinner with friends or family. The service is always impeccable, and the staff is friendly and professional.

16/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Bologna. The service is excellent, and the food is equally as good. Excellent wine list. We ate inside, but with the windows open, it was lovely. They also have tables under the portico (which is closed, so no one can pass through), well-sheltered by a hedge.

15/08/2025: Excellent seafood dinner with fresh, tasty ingredients! It's a shame the owner was so rude, sarcastically addressing customers as if we were old friends! Too bad, never again ;) A good dish isn't worth poor service, and feeling cheated by the person who brings you the bill is one of the most unpleasant things you can do! Go on vacation so you can relax!

26/08/2025: A traditional trattoria in a charming little village with excellent, simple dishes, including excellent crescentine, served with a smile. The outdoor pergola is lovely.

22/08/2025: The specialty is the Crescentona with cured meats, cheeses, and pickled vegetables. All the ingredients are homemade and of excellent quality, but we found the price a bit steep (€39 for two). We also ordered tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms; for the area, we expected better, but in this case the price was right (€11).

16/04/2025: Looking for a quick takeaway dinner I came across this place. I ordered a watercress with sausage, potatoes and mozzarella and a panzerotto with herbs, caramelized onions and sausage: both exquisite, tasty but delicate at the same time. Highly recommended!

14/04/2025: space food, genuine, baked. everything seasoned more than generously, from the watercress to the herbs and cheese to the pizzas and parmesan. very small environment and practically only for takeaway (there are only a couple of seats), but for those who are from the area it is 10 steps ahead of the competition, both in terms of quality of the ingredients and authenticity of the service. Well done p.s. the pizzas are not Neapolitan style but very crunchy and with little crust. I like them that way but if you're looking for a classy Neapolitan Sapori is not for you.

29/08/2025: We discovered this excellent fish restaurant during an evening stroll. As we walked past, we admired the beautiful platters served outside and decided to enjoy dinner here. We ordered the house menu and various fish dishes and were not disappointed (grilled chicory with spinach, ravioli with lobster sauce and fish ragù, grilled swordfish and fish skewers, pistachio cream and lemon sorbet for dessert). The prices are very good and not overpriced for such cuisine and good service (tablecloth and candlelight included). Thank you for a lovely evening and a definite recommendation for all fish lovers. Located in a lively restaurant and bar area within the beautiful old town of Bologna. P.S. Don't arrive too late, as some fish dishes might be sold out, as the fish doesn't come from the freezer. English-speaking waiters are available.

22/06/2025: Fantastic food and atmosphere, fair prices. Balanzoni bolognese with squid ragù was exceptional and mixed fried fish cooked to perfection and abundant. Our waiter was a bit rushed and gave the impression of wanting to clear the table quickly, trying to take away plates that were still partially full and abandoning the table halfway through the coffee order forcing us to call a colleague of his for the last two espressos. It was probably just inexperience. The rest of the staff seemed very professional. They also welcomed our dog with kindness. A+++!
