It has no weak points, in fact, in favor of a convenient location immersed in the countryside. All rooms are cared for with attention and extreme cleanliness. A couple of inevitable and lovable cats. Ample parking. The rooms: large and very solid bed, the kind that doesn't fall into an old mattress. Spacious, clean, furnished in a rustic way without exaggerating. Spacious bathroom and large shower. A few small and negligible defects: it does not have air conditioning but it is very high and the environment is healthy. It doesn't have a minibar or I didn't notice it. The small towels are the thin ones that give the impression of not drying. There are no gadgets like vials but, dispensers, I'm happy to have the bottle... but obviously this is subjective. Extremely clean. The breakfast room. It is very collected and does not give the impression of dispersion. The products are excellent. Such as jams, juice, boiled eggs, cereal bread and toasters. Yoghurt, butter, cold cuts. Sweets and croissants. Nothing is missing to get off to a good start. Next to it is a lounge where you can have a chat on comfortable sofas. The lunch and dinner room... what can I say, very very nice, welcoming. Furnished with rural and typical countryside taste with various hanging objects, all very clean and characteristic. Small but great tables for two. Menu... I'll tell you what to do; Various dishes with excellent local products. Various starters. Varied second courses with complete dishes of excellently cooked vegetables. Serious and discreet staff. The icing on the cake... the absolute absence of a television in the room and delicious music in the background makes it a place for a romantic meeting or simply to spend a quiet evening after a hard day. The strategic location twenty minutes from Bologna or Ferrara makes it precious and the price is more than affordable. Thank you for your hospitality so I hope to return as soon as possible.

We ended up in this fabulous place quite by accident. Very impressed!!!! I really like the style of the hotel! Cozy, tasty, clean, pleasant and friendly staff. Availability of delicious craft food. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time, but we remembered this place and, as we will be in these parts, we will definitely stay for a few days. Highly recommend!!!

I have been frequenting the restaurant of this farmhouse for years, and it never fails. I recommend it when I can and everyone is happy. High quality raw materials and more than honest prices. Always impeccable service. My favorite place, you can't but for me 6 STARS!

An enchanting discovery! By chance I found this restaurant where, in addition to having eaten very well, I was enchanted by the decor, the welcome and the warmth of the environment! I will definitely be back!! And throughout dinner I had the company of a beautiful cat!

I have been to the "Il Cucco" farmhouse several times but only for lunch, so I cannot comment on the rooms. As far as cuisine and service are concerned, I can say that I was very satisfied; All the dishes were excellent, especially the steak and the braised meat. The environment is very spacious and comfortable and well furnished; in terms of appearance/furnishings it is in line with ancient country houses. The prices are low, so I would say that the quality/price ratio is very good.

Camere accoglienti ma non molto grandi. Cibo e servizio ottimi. Un po' difficile da raggiungere.

Per caso in zona, abbiamo pranzato ottimamente scegliendo antipasto di salumi e formaggi con crescentine ,fettuccine alla bolognese e verdure dell' orto( eccellenti) stufate .Ottimo calice di sangiovese biologico .biscottini del re a fine pasto. Sig. Angelo , in sala ,gentilissimo e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggio. Al momento della prenotazione farsi dare le coordinate per raggiungere l agriturismo , REALE, nel caso vi inviano mail. Da ritornare certamente

Abbiamo chiamato e prenotato la cena chiedendo se ci avrebbero ospitato avendo due camper, sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno accolti e fatto dormire presso il loro parcheggio. Gustato una cena veramente ottima, prodotti di qualità e piatti molto buoni.
