Very helpful and friendly staff.
I ordered two large trays of pizza and really good Parisian pizza to take away for an office party.
Plus two trays of SUPERLATIVE aubergine parmigiana!!
I will definitely be back!

My son and I met by chance before a show at the Paladozza. It was early and we took a platter, 2 glasses of wine and a beer.. we left full and everything was delicious.
But compliments go above all to the staff guy who, while waiting for his colleague to arrive, managed to manage a notable influx of people while always remaining friendly and with a smile. I said that it's not for everyone. Excellent!!!!!!

One of the most beautiful things when you enter a place is certainly the welcome.
The careful research of local products and their processing is best expressed by a young chef.
In the dining room, guys from the sector, prepared and ready to recommend the specialties of the magnificent restaurant which, not by chance, takes the name of "Officina dei flavours"

Locale caldo ed accogliente, gestito da giovani simpatici e con tanta voglia fare! Abbiamo fatto apericena accompagnato da ottimo vino. Piatti buonissimi, presentati bene e con ingredienti di qualità. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Non mi resta che tornarci!

I had such a good time that I went back two nights in a row with different friends! Excellent food, both in quality and presentation. We had an aperitif dinner leaving the chef free and left with full bellies. Excellent wines, young and efficient staff, very honest bill, what more could you want!

Locale delizioso, curato e caldo. Piatti ottimamente preparati. Sapori della tradizione perfetti per farti sentire in Puglia. Personale accogliente e gentile. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Materie prime eccellenti, esaltate in modo semplice ma assolutamente efficace. I ragazzi sono disponibili, attenti e soprattutto sanno accoglierti. Nei loro piatti c’è la Puglia e c’è tutta la cucina mediterranea.
