Pancake In Imola

I was at Bonelli's in Imola yesterday. There were four of us, and we showed up at 7:30 PM to avoid the usual weekend queue. We ordered (1 veggie, 1 alarm, 1 special, and 1 classic, if I'm not mistaken) and while we were waiting, I noticed that the meat was being taken from a "small oven" and finished cooking on a griddle. I checked with the cashier, and she confirmed that the meat was precooked to save time. The sandwiches arrived! Beautiful and fragrant, but the meat was overcooked inside, almost gray in color, and with too much Maillard on the surface. Precooking undoubtedly led to an unnecessary release of the meat's juices and flavors, causing them to remain in the pan. What a shame. At the entrance, they advertised a sandwich with juicy, pink meat, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The sandwiches themselves were inviting and tasty. Guys, let's face it, the menu isn't free, so if I come here, it's because I hope my expectations are met and fulfilled. I hope this review isn't taken as a criticism, but as advice to never stop improving.

Suggested by the hotel ... arrived here from Bonelli ... met top player at the checkout my brother CHRI.V who suggested top hamburger + potatoes ... I regret not having taken the double!

It no longer seems like the Bonelli of the early days. The bread has changed; it's drier and therefore not as fresh. The service is still top-notch, however.

Finally a delicious sandwich 🍔 with juicy meat and soft bread, better than Mc....

Delicious burgers. Clean place and great atmosphere. Chri was available to show us the restaurant's various specialties.

Exceptional raw materials, excellent products and very kind staff

Every time I order from Bonelli, I'm satisfied: the sandwiches are delicious and always bigger than I remember. Last time, I had a Senator, which I think is on par with the California for the best sandwich. (I loved the crispy onion on the Senator.) The flavor combinations are thoughtful, and it shows, and I've often found myself choosing the vegan burgers simply for the taste.

The special vegetarian Zucchinator is truly delicious, but overall the quality of the products is excellent. The staff is welcoming, especially Chris V., who handled the cash register with extreme care, attention, and kindness.
