Elegant and very large venue. Professional and impeccable service. Varied menu, with gluten-free options clearly highlighted. The pasta used is artisanal, so it's delicious. Overall, the price is reasonable.

I had lunch here a couple of times a while back because of an article that recommended this place as one of the best for traditional Bolognese cuisine at affordable prices... I had the green lasagna, good but nothing too exciting, the potato and pea gnocchi with bacon, courgette flowers, pecorino cheese, and peas, good but a little salty, the pink ravioli with stracciatella tomatoes, and these were very special and very good, then I had the two types of Bolognese cutlets, the Petroniana, which was fried, which wasn't very typical since it also had a meat and cheese sauce, as well as ham, so I didn't like it, the other one, which was fried, was of poor quality even though the cheese and ham sauce wasn't bad... very nice place and very kind and helpful staff... but unfortunately I don't think I'll go back.

Hotel restaurant with a selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. Beautifully plated and well-executed. A restaurant that won't make you look bad if you're bringing business guests. Convenient parking, close to the ring road.
