Given that I probably ate my tastiest sliced ​​steak in 40 years of traveling, I'd only make two minor observations, which should be taken as suggestions and not criticisms. When serving a tasting plate of assorted cheeses, it's always a good idea to indicate where to start; it's not always easy for the diner to understand. Since this is a family dinner on a Saturday night, there's no rush, and it's not a place with shifts, it's not a good idea to limit your appetizer intake because the first course is arriving and you'll eat it a little cold.
