This restaurant was an amazing experience in Bologna. The service was excellent (the waiter, Ervis was very kind with us). The food was incredible as we tasted the traditional cuisine of bologna. We very recommend it. Thank you!

Great location by the center Historico of Bologna City. Fresh products and delicious combination of pure tradition recipes and fresh local products. Let’s mention the special prosciutto crudo, baked bread and buffala di mozzarella and the best main course, Lassagna, best of the best!!! And the best match of the products servered in the Tratoria are as well the service from the team with the great guy Ervis on top of the team. Thank you for the hospitality guys and see you soon in your place and from now on, our place too! You make our trip to Bologna, a great one and gave us a big reason to travel to Bologna more often! EXCELLENT shop!!! Terrible variety, tortellini excellent. Perfect service, polite staff and not the same style as in several restaurants in Bologna!!! Great!!!

The best lasagna in the center of the city. We have visited in different trips to the city and the quality is always a constant. Superb flavor and good portions. The bread (baked by themselves somewhere else) is great too. Pasta and traditional dishes, and even when crowded tends to have available seats quite fast. A favorite for sure.

Forse perché era sabato sera forse perché il locale era stracolmo non abbiamo mangiato come ci aspettavamo in una trattoria bolognese in centro storico. magari la prossima volta andrà meglio

Location carina ed accogliente in pieno centro. La qualità della proposta è buona ma non lascia il segno. Il personale è sempre presente, veloce e gentilissimo. I prezzi non sono bassi. Il tutto da un po’ di turistico ma per un pranzo al volo va bene.

06/01/2024: Pizza è la loro specialità, lo vediamo dalle recensioni nella nostra visita a Bologna. Abbiamo preso una pizza mortadella e una senza glutine margherita. Hanno anche questa possibilità. Ottime entrambi. Posto caratteristico, accogliente. Amaro offerto dal gestore cordiale. Ragazzo che serve gentile e operativo. Consigliato, ci torneremo.
29/10/2023: We had lunch here today, we had a trio of Trittici which we have not tried before and were very impressed. The beer was served in a chilled glass, the house wine was of a very good quality but the main event was the pizza and it’s the best we have had in long time, the only thing to beat the pizza was the amazing service! They went to great lengths to explain everything we didn’t understand to us and anyone is welcome here and should make it a must visit if you want pizza in Bologna!
