19/12/2025: It's been a while since I've eaten here, and I have to say, sadly, that I was quite disappointed. The broth tasted completely different than usual, and the meat (which wasn't pork belly) was quite stringy, and it didn't have much flavor or smell.

14/12/2025: I will try to be very detailed with my review since the owner seems to love answering back in a sarcastic way. I have been to Japan and tried different ramen places. I don’t have high expectations because this is Italy and not Japan afterall but there is still an acceptable level for food. Space: a bit cramped but maybe they did this to accommodate more people. About similar to ramen places in Japan indeed, like the bar style and the hanger for bags/stuff under the table. Service: normal, no complain about it. They adapted the paper style of ordering but not really have much modifications for example on the depth of broth or type of noodles but this is not a deal-breaker of course. Karaage: salty, doesn’t really taste like authentic karaage, but not so bad. I’d give it a 7/10 Ramen: now here’s the bad part. Once the ramen arrived, we immediately smelled the awful pungent smell. The broth is salty, not even savory, just salty. The ajitama is salty. Sad because it’s perfectly jammy. The meat is also a bit salty tho less saltier than the ajitama. It’s thicker than what they serve in the other ramen places in Bologna but the taste is not really good. Shoyu doesn’t equate to salty broth. I believe it could be the menma because it really has the strong, almost spoiled taste. Or they could have used the strongly fermented one which honestly destroyed the broth. The thin noodles are what I prefer in ramen noodle but only had 2 bites since the broth is really not it. This is a constructive criticism and I am really hoping the owners review this with open mind. I am not sure if I will ever give this another chance as I usually do with other establishments. Maybe the other types of ramen could be different, I don’t know. I was really thinking of giving it 1-star but considered that the karaage was not so bad.

16/09/2025: I stopped by on September 16th for a coffee. The lady, who must be 55/60, was a bit unpleasant. I asked for a macchiato and she gave me an espresso. 🙄 Unfortunately, the service was 0.

05/09/2025: We stopped for a coffee and also had a croissant because it looked very inviting. Excellent value: coffee for €1.20, croissant for €1.80, plenty of seating inside.

06/12/2025: This Mc's isn't participating in any promotion (it's written everywhere anyway), and that's fine. They've been charging 20 cents for large bags with handles for a while now: it's not the cost, but the principle! Today I went to Mc's Drive-Thru to pick up dinner: I ordered, refused the bag with the handle (the regular one is fine), and upon delivery, surprise! The McFlurry, straw, and water bottle were handed to me loose! The ice cream was just cream: barely a splash of chocolate on top. The rest, of course, is Mc's: it's not worth any low price (and it's not cheap anyway!). I have one close to home, but I'd be curious to try another one to see if it's the same.

01/12/2025: It's been years since I last set foot in a McDonald's, but bombarded by influencers like Mocho and others who give positive reviews of these fast food restaurants, I wanted to try again. I can't even call it junk food because it should be considered food. The Big Arch sandwich tastes bland, and the meat is cardboard-like, served cold. The edible part is the salad, and there was a tasteless slice of cheese they even call cheese. The fries are plastic, and they were cold too. I also had the chicken wings, which, despite their high price, were edible. The accompanying hot sauce was spicy sugar. All for the modest sum of 17.80. See you in about ten years.

04/10/2025: Classic The Fork "I'm quitting my job and opening my own restaurant" spot. Frozen appetizers, poor first courses, and the wrong chocolate cake with pecorino cream on top instead of white chocolate, which wasn't even offered.

25/11/2025: I attended the special DJ evening at the Casa Ruggiada restaurant in Rocca di Roffeno, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to expectations. With the €30 fixed menu, our table of 14 only got three pizza appetizers, so the portions were very small. After a long wait, a single dish arrived, consisting of: • a potato pie, • American-style baked potatoes, • a piece of chicken, • a slice of meat. The quality and quantity didn't justify the price, and the dish was rather simple. They often stopped by to ask if we wanted more, which was appreciated, but not enough to improve the overall impression. There was a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine, and beer at the table (I think we could have asked for more), but overall the value for money was disappointing. It's not a question of spending €30, but of the fact that for what we ate, it wasn't worth it. A shame, because the evening had potential, but culinary-wise, I wouldn't return. "Answer": (The level of your answer perfectly represents the quality of your restaurant. Just to be clear: the €30 was paid for dinner, to sit at the table and eat, with a DJ for the entire restaurant. I've never denied anything you listed. The second DJ, the downstairs room, and the bartenders have absolutely nothing to do with the paid menu: that is a second room with free access and is not included in or connected in any way to the €30 dinner. Putting the two together is simply misleading. That said, your answer confirms the quality of the experience. I bid you farewell: Cortina awaits me.)

14/09/2025: Good news for the gesture. Everything was perfect, except for the platter of cured meats, the industrial-sized jar of giardiniera, and the lack of food for four tigelle. It's a shame, it could have been better.

30/10/2025: If you find yourself in the Bargellino area during your lunch break, I recommend stopping by. The food is excellent, the place is pleasant, and the staff are extremely friendly.
