24/08/2025: Terrible service, rude and unpleasant waitresses who let three of their friends go ahead of me and even responded rudely when I pointed out the fact that they had continued to let people go ahead of me. After several decidedly rude and almost insulting responses, the blonde waitress proceeded to serve other customers who arrived after me. Obviously, after this umpteenth act of profound rudeness, I left the place without buying anything (the blonde wouldn't have allowed me to anyway).

21/07/2025: I went into this bar one morning with my mother, where I had been before, and at the register we got a receipt for two coffees and a croissant. At the register there was no one else in line besides the two of us. My mother asked the cashier if it was possible to have the croissant cut in half. She took the plate with the croissant and went to cut it, then thought better of it, came back and said to us: "I don't have a cutting board and I don't have a knife, you do it yourselves." And she slammed the plate with the croissant on the glass shelf to give us the change for the cash. Then my mother asked the guy who was working at the coffee machine who replied: "Of course, ma'am, I'll cut it for you!" He took the plate, went to cut the croissant and brought it back to us. I know him well, he's always kind, polite and nice. I also know the woman at the register because she always worked in a bar before and always with her rude ways. The bar where she worked has closed and changed management. I hope the Principe bar doesn't close too. Obviously, as long as she works there, I won't set foot in there again.

11/07/2025: €1.80 for a filled pasta (normal cream. 🙄) seems a bit high to me. If the quality seemed average to me, then I'd prefer to go somewhere else where I either spend less or eat better.

26/06/2025: Literally the neighborhood Chinese restaurant! Very nice atmosphere and really fast service. Friendly staff and really good food. For 4 people we spent 11.30 euros each with beers and we ate really well. Highly recommended.

I repeat, I hope I was unlucky but it's impossible to sell something like that to someone

11/08/2025: I wouldn't go back. The fish quality is extremely poor. I eat a lot of raw fish, and I couldn't finish the sashimi here because it was so low quality. I'm very disappointed because the service was super fast and the waiters were helpful and friendly. However, the quality needs a complete overhaul.

11/08/2025: Classic location. The staff is a bit hectic, but you can sense their commitment and enthusiasm. The all-you-can-eat menu is extensive and well-crafted. The portions are well-balanced. Dishes are expertly executed. Each course is a small work of art in its presentation and flavor. Easily accessible by wheelchair. Parking is a bit difficult, but there's a bus stop less than 50 meters away. I recommend it for lunch with friends or colleagues. Suitable for families and, thanks to the private dining areas, even for sweet company. I've never tried it for dinner in the evening, but judging by the quality of the lunch, I'm optimistic that the dinner will be just as good, if not better.

14/07/2025: Siamo capitati un po' per caso a cena in questa baracchina, che conoscevamo solo per l'ottimo gelato, e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti! Abbiamo preso due pinse croccanti e sugose, da 10 e lode, ed un piatto di pasta fresca eccellente! Torneremo sicuramente! L'ambiente informale e sereno ben si sposa con la simpatia dei proprietari.

07/06/2025: In my opinion the best sushi in all of Bologna! Since I discovered it I no longer go to eat it anywhere else. The guys are always very kind and helpful, you can taste the raw material of the sushi that is of quality and the uramaki they prepare are special. They have a huge variety of options and the portions are much larger than average! They also have vegetarian options which I really appreciated. The quality/price ratio is excellent in my opinion for what they offer. It is true that the place is small but you can pick up take-away or choose home delivery which is very convenient. I hope it will reopen soon because it is our favorite sushi restaurant!

28/08/2025: Amazing burgers with generous portions and excellent fries; you're guaranteed to eat some great sandwiches and leave feeling full and satisfied. I'll definitely be back.
