The food was good but I'm vegetarian and the Aka-miso ramen is good but after a little of eating the broth can start to taste salty. Overall the food is really good and would definitely recommend. Just get there quick because it could get really packed in there.

Best ramen there is in Bologna. Small and essential place, quick menu where you write down what you want in pencil, indicate your name and give it to the waiter. Soups from 12 to 16 euros and a few seconds. Good craft beer for 6 euros. The cover charge is included.
You can't book, you have to get to the venue and if there's room you go in otherwise you have to wait outside... They don't accept cash, only pos

I liked the place a lot. The concept of a typical Japanese ramen restaurant, excellent food, fast service, more than honest prices when compared to the fact of being in the center of Bologna. I will go back as soon as possible to try the other ramen. Advised

My first...and my second Ramen. So good that I went back another time (I'll go back again).
Stratospheric food, delicious dishes, good service and a small but well-kept location.
Put your soul at rest and queue up for a dish that, upon exiting, will make you say "I'm really happy".
Only flaw: high price.

Exceptional Ramen, the best tried in Bologna so far among many. The place is welcoming and informal, with excellent music and recalls a traditional Japanese ramen bar: seats next to each other to have a quick meal and leave room for those who come after us. For this reason we do not accept reservations but we put ourselves on the waiting list at the beginning of the evening and return when there is room. Fast service and friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately the desserts are given away and cannot be consumed on site, again for the same reason. But it's absolutely worth it. Advised!

Japanese ramen with a street food style, Nasu-Kinoko Paitan ramen is incredibly tasty (other appetizers are good but nothing special). No booking service which makes sense in order to avoid bookings called off. Atmosphere could be improved. Place is tiny, in line with usual ramen bar you find in Japan, but the lacks of space is visible and you feel like pressed inside plus music could be lesser louder Overall though a recommended Japanese with one of the best ramen ever tried! Certainly recommend

Ramen Bar davvero carino! Non si accettano prenotazioni ed è consigliato andare all’orario di apertura per mettersi in lista ma se sei fortunato entri subito. Il ramen è molto buono, il servizio veloce e accogliente. Gli involtini di verza squisiti. Materie prime fresche e di qualità. Consigliatissimo.

Migliori ramen a Bologna! Il concetto del locale è: ti siedi, mangi, vai. Anche se noi tendiamo a fermarci sempre un po' più del necessario!
Secondo me meriterebbe di avere uno spazio più confortevole da vivere per chi consuma nel locale, è un po' risicato per la nostra cultura.
Ad ogni modo io ci torno spesso perchè si mangia bene e i ragazzi lavorano bene.
