McDonald's In Bologna

A Mc that in general didn't convince me much

I confirm. Excellent service and professionalism

I've been wanting to do this review for a while now and I finally found the time to do it! For work reasons I had the opportunity to pass by this Mc Donald's several times (it was convenient for the motorway and the ring road) and I was struck by the kindness, helpfulness and smile of a girl called Grazia and who works at this restaurant. I am often out of town (Milan) for work and when I find myself in more distant places I believe that the fundamental aspect is hospitality. Especially for lunch and dinner it is nice to enter a place that makes you feel right at home. And it is the people who make the difference in this case. Ultimately, I like Mc Donald's products and there is no need to comment on them in every review, but I would like to congratulate people like Grazia who make us customers feel at ease every day. The second time I entered this store and I still saw Grazia welcoming me, I felt calm and calm, even though I was very tired and far from home. I like, when I'm in another city, going to places where I already know the people who work there, it cheers me up. And like me, I believe, all the other customers who travel a lot for work and find themselves far from their families at a time of the day such as lunch or dinner where it would be nice to be in company! It is the people who make the difference in a commercial activity, even before the products. A greeting, a smile, two words of comfort are the details that make you come back. This is the difference between a mass commercial business where the staff is disinterested in their customers because they only think about clocking in and taking home their paycheck and a business where those who work there, just like Grazia, put in commitment, passion and dedication. Obviously we customers are people, human beings and therefore we know how to recognize those who put their soul into what they do and those who neglect human values. Congratulations to Grazia and congratulations to Mc Donald's who knows how to choose their collaborators well! Surely a Person like Grazia will go a long way in life and be very successful, unlike those who do not care or respect their work.

A normal McDonald's. Clean bathrooms, slightly less tables. The food is standard, always good. Nothing to complain about.

Super veloci, super gentili ed era veramente tutto buonissimo!

Fatto un giro all DriveIn di McDonald's. I ragazzi sono efficienti e disponibili. Il tempo di attesa dell'ordine un paio di minuti, giusto in tempo per pagare. Ho anche scoperto che McDonald's non prende più l'American Express. Il cibo nella media, le patatine sempre più sottili.

Secondo me il McDonald's più bello come ambiente, locale ben arredato, e curato . Ho preso un hamburger e un cheeseburger, ben farciti e molto buoni e digeribili!..!tavoli estivi esterni..Ampio parcheggio.

McDonald molto bello e con parecchi posti a sedere sia dentro che fuori. Possibilità di ordinare al mc drive e area giochi all’aperto, sicuramente per quando farà più caldo..

Gentili e veloci. Il menù è sempre quello offerto da tutti i McDonald's quindi non ci sono sorprese.
