10/06/2025: Oasis in the middle of the Imola countryside.. Between a 19th century house and a park inhabited by chickens, roosters and other animals.. excellent food with default appetizers brought by them that would already fill you up.. but you can't give up homemade first courses of excellent quality and second courses of meat equally good.. dessert trolley to get lost with some extra treats in addition to seasonal fruit brought to the table.. quality cellar..

10/06/2025: Warning: this place is not suitable for most people. You eat really well, you eat a lot, you accept the experience offered, you spend a little more than usual as a result. The hygiene is not like in an operating room. The host may seem heavy to some. If you want a cold experience, where you know how much you will spend per gram, without dips, go elsewhere.

05/06/2025: Welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff. The chef came personally to talk with us. Excellent traditional cuisine and surprisingly digestible.

18/04/2025: Through the recommendation of a friend, I came to try this place. The restaurant is located behind the station, very well looked after and I would even say refined, very professional and fast service, quality of the dishes also very good. We took a tagliatelle with meat sauce, good and tasty ragù at the right level, gramigna with sausage, fabulous, Bolognese cutlet, good and pork cheek, not bad even if perhaps the flavor of the sauce was a little too strong, but it was really well cooked and very tender, finally for dessert an apple pie, not bad.

19/06/2025: We had a lovely dinner in this restaurant, one of the first restaurants that offered an English menu, thank you for this! Food was delicious and good portions, service was quick, friendly and professional.

15/06/2025: A friend recommended this nice cosy restaurant to us. We were happy to heed his suggestion. Delicious home-cooked food. Great and friendly service from the owner down to the staff. We were attended to by Elena, who did a great job patentl patiently introducing us to the Sicilian specialities at the restaurant. We had never tried such dishes and enjoyed them very much. A must, in my humble opinion, for anyone wishing to try something different from the usual Italian fare. (Again, this is my personal opinion.)

25/06/2025: Absolutely amazing gem of a place! The food is superb and the welcome is charming and friendly. We are here twice on our few days in Ravenna. That’s how good it was. Ordered caprese salad, zucchini flowers , capelletti, meatballs. Our best meal in Italy! We’re told there’s a saying in Italy: You don't get old at the table!

21/06/2025: Excellent service, excellent appetizers, baked lasagna good but a little too tasty for my taste, vegetable gnocchi, without identity. Good sorbets!!!

26/06/2025: We entered the pizzeria around 22.10-15, there was no problem and the waiter invited us to a table. We ordered pizza and waited quite a while. We got our order around 22.35. During this time the staff was cleaning the place: sweeping, moving chairs, carrying crates of alcohol, etc. It was not a pleasant impression, we felt that we were disturbing. Apart from that, the staff was nice and the pizza was tasty, although nothing special. A big plus is that they have a gluten-free menu 😊

24/06/2025: Everything was delicious, great service, excellent gluten-free meals, the pizzas are to die for. I can only recommend it, we will come back if we return to Rimini.

14/06/2025: I took the tagliata di nonna greca, the meat was of quality and very good, 4 stars for the porcini mushrooms that covered the taste of the meat. Good wine, normal prices. Excellent service

22/06/2025: I came all the way from Japan to eat at this restaurant. A very relaxing place surrounded by beautiful nature. The cheerful staff explained the dishes carefully. The small roses on the table show the thoughtfulness of welcoming the guests. The chef's course, which changes weekly, allows you to taste the sauce of each dish and feel the love that has gone into each dish, making it a very valuable experience. If you tell them your wine preferences, the staff will choose the best wine for you. The chef, who has traveled all over the world and admires Japanese cuisine, has a lovely smile, and knowing that the food was made by this chef makes you even more satisfied with the food. It's a hidden place, and I'm sure even Japanese people living in Italy don't know about it, but it's a place that everyone should know about, so it would be a shame to call it a "hidden place." Open only on Friday nights, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch, about 40 minutes by taxi from Bologna (15 minutes by taxi from the nearest station, Pianoro). A restaurant on a hill. You can also ask the restaurant to call a taxi for you to return home. A place that everyone should visit at least once in their life, where you will create the best memories. I would like to come again with my family of three. Thank you for the best food and love.

21/06/2025: We had dinner here looking for a bit of coolness! As soon as we sat down they explained to us what the dinner would be like, there is no menu but it's like being at home with family, you sit down and they serve you what there is 😊 you can only choose what to drink. The only thing a little uncomfortable are the benches because you can't rest your back and after a while you have to get up ... but everything bearable. This is beautiful because every dish is a surprise. They arrived 4 appetizers, a first course, a second course and the dessert all well looked after and explained and of excellent quality! 33 euros plus the drink excellent price. There is a menu dedicated to children at 15 euros. Going down towards Bologna there were expanses of fireflies truly a spectacle for the eyes. Highly recommended ++++

19/06/2025: It's located in the secluded Piazza San Martino, next to other restaurants, across from the Fellini Museum and the large metal rhino sculpture. We sat on the outdoor terrace, where the temperature was very pleasant. Dinner consisted of the so-called "Plato del Orto," based on seasonal vegetables, and "Tagliatelle con ragù di scotona," which were large, very tasty pieces of meat. We found it curious that they served three types of paper inside a paper cone. We were treated well and left quite satisfied to have found this place beyond the typical tourist restaurants.

15/06/2025: Siamo andati a cena in questo locale attratti dalle ottime recensioni e spinti dalla nostra passione per il vino e la tartare. Onestamente però queste recensioni sembrano riferirsi ad un altro locale, oppure siamo capitati nella serata sbagliata. Per quanto riguarda il cibo abbiamo deciso di provare degli antipasti, una tartar a testa, patate al forno come contorno e una crema catalana al rhum come dessert. Antipasti: i fagottini di bresaola erano buoni (difficili da sbagliare), ma il tortino di patate è arrivato freddo all'interno, quasi come se fosse stato scongelato male. Tartar: di qualità nella media, ma ci aspettavamo di più visto che sembrava essere il piatto di punta. Il condimento era decisamente poco rispetto alla carne, rendendo metà del piatto essenzialmente carne cruda tritata. Contorno: le patate al forno (7,50€ a porzione) erano quelle surgelate da discount. Sono risultate troppo asciutte e, finita la salsa di accompagnamento, immangiabili. Dolce: la crema catalana è stata un’altra delusione, più simile a un gelato alla crema (era ancora parzialmente congelata) con lo strato di zucchero sopra non ben distribuito e carammelato, dalla consistenza molliccia. Vino: uno dei motivi della visita era l’abbinamento vini, ma il cameriere si è limitato a indicarci la lavagnetta con i vini al calice senza alcun consiglio, nonostante lo avessimo richiesto più volte. Alla fine abbiamo scelto da soli, ma i vini si sono rivelati poco interessanti e sotto le aspettative per una vinoteca. In conclusione, il conto è stato più alto rispetto a quanto giustificato dalla qualità dei piatti e del servizio. Avremmo accettato volentieri il prezzo, se l’esperienza avesse davvero rispecchiato le recensioni.

14/06/2025: This seemed a slightly different dining venue and concept so we decided to try it and made an advanced reservation from the UK. It's not on a main road and took some locating. It didn't disappoint though. It's a small space and seemed to be mainly used as a quick stop wine bar, well the evening we went. The only other diners were a group of Americans who were rather loud and spoiled the atmosphere somewhat. The food was good and massive portions - the single charming waiter explaining, with humour, how the dining experience worked. He also made a very good wine recommendation. There appeared to be only him and a lady chef (semi open kitchen) working and so the service was leisurely to say the least. It felt like a long time to complete our two course meals, especially with the droning Americans on the next table. Hope they'd be better staffed on busier occasions! The bill was towards the top end but the portions and quality reflected this.
