07/10/2025: I've been missing this trattoria for a while, and I noticed they've improved the atmosphere; it's even more welcoming. They welcomed us like old friends, always kind and friendly. We ordered anolini in terza brodo, which were more than delicious. The cappellacci with ricotta and coppa left a wonderful memory. The horse meat tart was incredibly fresh, the roast veal melted in your mouth, and the potatoes. Even the dessert dipped in zabaglione, the tart, and the semifreddo were top-notch. All served with a cup of red wine and a glass of Ortrugo. We always have a great time, and I hope we can book more easily. Because of their deliciousness, they're always fully booked. But they deserve it because every dish is crafted with love. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

11/03/2026: Highly recommended! My boyfriend and I often eat here because, during the week, it's a great place to eat good food in a relaxed atmosphere and at a great price. The gyros special is a must-try. On weekends, it's advisable to reserve a table, otherwise you'll have to wait to be seated.

31/12/2025: A splendid castle in Langhirano. A kingdom and testament to the love story between Pier Maria Rossi and Bianca Pellegrini, celebrated in the Golden Chamber and the Bridal Chamber, with frescoes that evoke their love story. The castle can be visited on the ground and first floors, up to the patrol walkways, which offer breathtaking views. The rooms are bare and unfurnished, but extensively and magnificently frescoed. Admission is €8 and the tour takes about an hour. Visit the small village below to taste wines and excellent food. A must-see.

31/12/2025: It was a good decision to go. The castle is beautiful from the outside and the frescoes inside are also wonderful.

17/03/2026: The food is excellent, with generous portions but not overly so, reasonable prices, and equally good quality. After trying it the first time, you'll gladly return. That's exactly what happened to me. Highly recommended.

22/02/2026: I've been to Osteria La Scarpetta and really enjoyed it. The place is very well-kept yet warm and welcoming, making you feel at home without being pretentious. The owner is super friendly and approachable, making you feel at ease right away. The dishes are interesting, with very good meat and excellent homemade desserts. Overall, a pleasant surprise; I'll gladly return.

29/11/2025: A very welcoming family Sunday lunch. We sampled traditional first courses, including cappelletti in brodo (a type of pasta in broth) and cappellacci (a type of pumpkin ravioli) with ragù. The fresh pasta was excellent and perfectly cooked. For main courses, we had the mixed grill and, of course, the ever-present mutton for which this trattoria is renowned. The meat was truly delicious, perfectly cooked. The desserts were also very good, and the service was attentive. I highly recommend this trattoria. Reservations are required at least two weeks in advance.

08/01/2026: Last night, a friend and I wanted to have dessert at this restaurant. When we asked what desserts were available, we were reluctantly escorted to the cake stand, which, admittedly, looked fantastic. When we asked if it was possible to order just desserts, without having a full dinner, we were given a dirty look and told that this was a restaurant and that we should have a "real meal." We explained that unfortunately, we weren't hungry and that we just wanted desserts. Note that the restaurant was practically empty, with only two other customers present. The owner, visibly annoyed, told us to sit down anyway, but made no effort to serve us or greet us courteously. At that point, another customer intervened, complaining about our supposed disrespectful behavior. We were very confused and asked what the problem was, but the customer continued to insult us, repeating that it was very disrespectful to order just desserts in a restaurant. We felt very uncomfortable and tried to leave, but the customer continued to insult us. We finally left the place with empty stomachs and even emptier hearts. A real shame about the total lack of hospitality. We won't be returning.

12/01/2026: The pizza on the upper floor of Bar Pina used to be great - now it’s OUT OF THIS WORLD!! We had pizza there last evening and ate the all new sourdough version. The taste and texture were excellent! And now I don’t have to feel guilty indulging in this amazing pizza (I’m intolerant to yeast)! Bravo to Chef Roberto!!

11/02/2026: Excellent lakeside restaurant with an enviable location. A great experience for two: we walked in, the menu arrived in 5 minutes, we ordered 5 minutes, and the dishes arrived in 10 minutes (we ordered a second course of the first course, which was truly generous). The price was fair for the portions. Two pieces of advice: book in advance and try to avoid out-of-season items whenever possible. The porcini mushrooms were 7/10, but it's entirely my fault for ordering them in February; I didn't use common sense. Overall, the tagliatelle were truly excellent! Thanks.

05/03/2026: Excellent. I stopped for lunch on a highway trip, avoiding the usual Autogrill. It's very close to the Reggiolo-Rolo toll booth. Very friendly staff, as always in Emilia Romagna, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
