The Parma prosciutto was fantastic!
The Anolini truffle sausage dumplings were also incredibly delicious and paired wonderfully with white wine.
Their flavors are even better than those from famous pocket bread shops.

A restaurant located behind the cathedral!
Both the pasta with prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano, and the truffle pasta were
very delicious.
The service was also excellent, and the restrooms were very clean.

I had lunch with friends and I have to say they made a really good choice! The food was delicious, and the staff was always helpful and ready to offer advice! The wine selection was also excellent; they have a wide variety of wines to suit all tastes! If you like horse meat, I recommend the trio, which is fantastic! If you want to go, it's best to make a reservation because the place isn't very big, but it's very welcoming.

We didn't have a reservation, and even though they initially told us they were full, fortunately a table became available at the last minute, so I highly recommend making a reservation.
We ordered a cold cuts platter for two, some horse meat dishes, and roast potatoes as a side. The cold cuts were incredibly fresh, including the pickled vegetables. As for horse meat, I'd never tried it: it was rare, and the flavor was not bad. I would have much preferred it to be well done, but that's just my humble opinion based on my personal tastes. The potatoes were delicious. All served with rustic San Carlo bread and breadsticks.
A satisfying experience, recommended for those who want to eat well in a non-touristy and predictable environment.

Poor staff, inefficient and unclear, moreover when you ask for explanations they laugh in your face... not very clean place especially the toilets, an experience to forget. Average food, prices too high.

A quaint and welcoming osteria in Parma's historic center. The menu features traditional local dishes. I'd recommend the Zingaro appetizer, made with excellent ingredients, and the delicious two-course pumpkin and herb tortelli. I also tried the parmesan and prosciutto tagliatelle, the trio of pasta, and the horse burger, which were also delicious. Excellent value.

A welcoming place with knowledgeable, very friendly staff. All the dishes we tasted over two consecutive evenings at this restaurant left us speechless with the quality of the locally sourced ingredients and how they were showcased in the preparation.
