26/06/2025: An incredible time spent in this typical Parma restaurant! The ham was of the highest quality, which paired perfectly with the slightly spicy Parmesan. The antica pasta was among the best pasta I've ever eaten. It had a perfect taste and texture. All the flavors were perfectly balanced and blended together perfectly! The desserts were typical of the region, which were just as good as the rest of the meal. And all this for a price that wasn't at all expensive. The service was friendly, professional, and very professional! This is a MUST-SEE stop in Parma.

23/06/2025: La Filoma is an elegant restaurant in the center of Parma, open all day. In addition to the typical Italian decor, you can see paintings in the style of expressive abstraction on the walls. It's a strange combination, but it fits the menu, which includes unconventional variations on local cuisine or things not found in other places and forgotten recipes from the past. Following this lead, I ordered the Antica pasta della Filoma, a filling pasta made from four different flours with a sauce based on cherry tomatoes, almonds and smoked ricotta. Delicious and indeed not to bee found on other menus in Italian restaurant that I know. My companion opted for equally tasty ravioli filled with ricotta and local herbs. I also liked this dish very much. For such a setting and an interesting menu, however, you have to add about 1-2 euros more to your bill in comparison to the standard of similar restaurants in the area. Do not worry - it is worth it!

08/06/2025: Perfect place for a stag/hen party. We had a blast with music, small shows and entertainment. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy an evening of fun. The meat they offer is excellent and the variety of the buffet is wide. We spent €45 per person including the groom's fee and lots of drinks 😅

01/06/2025: One of our favorite restaurants on the Riviera Romagnola! Delightful location, small and well-kept. A welcoming and pleasant place even in winter; Mrs. Leda and her staff are always very kind, professional and smiling.. The food is excellent, especially their raw fish, probably the best there is!

15/06/2025: Excellent trattoria from Romagna! Friendly, welcoming, always smiling staff who make you feel at home. Excellent food, home cooking and tasty and genuine dishes. The atmosphere is very reminiscent of a Sunday lunch at grandma's. If I were to pass by Faenza again, I would return. Highly recommended for a rustic lunch/dinner!

18/05/2025: Everything was perfect, home-made Romagna cuisine, excellent first courses, fireplace with visible grill and excellent choice of wines.

01/07/2025: Honestly a joke. Great modern setting and promising limited menu. But the dishes we had were awful. Ravioli with no flavor swimming in a sea of oil. Anorexic quail well prepared but again totally lacking flavor. Eggplant was a mushy mess. And I guess there's a bread shortage in Bologna because we got 3 small pieces for our 5 euro. Expensive, pretentious, suggest you avoid.

I think the prices are the lowest I have ever seen and for the quality of the food they are even too low.

16/06/2025: Good food despite the portions being a bit small. What really disturbed our outdoor lunch were the 38° under the tent where we were. From an already established and renowned business in the area we would have expected adequate measures (blades, fans, coolers...) to spend a pleasant Sunday lunch, not a hellish one. We are still sweating.

30/06/2025: Wonderful place, for those who love the slightly medieval genre, outside there is a huge garden and many parking spaces for customers. The homemade food is delicious, you can immediately perceive it, even with your eyes, the tagliatella or the handmade cappelletto!! Very kind waiters and for two people.. crostini, a first course each, water and wine.. around €40, honest!

29/06/2025: I think that an experience like that would have infuriated anyone, you can't take so many people and then make them wait from 1pm to 3.30pm for just a little cold cut and a first course, it's ridiculous, if you have a restaurant with so many seats you also have to know how to manage them, even if I will never return You are pathetic

02/06/2025: Amazing place. Amazing view. Very curated. Tasting menu was creative and innovative. Dishes were very well presented and immaculate. Id say it’s one of the best places to visit in the province of Piacenza. An underrated gem! Will be coming back very soon. The owners were extremely kind and knowledgeable. One thing I most definitely wouldn’t skip is the homemade ice cream, unique and delicious… you can really taste the quality!

Quest'estate ho portato a pranzo i miei amici toscani ed è stata una domenica molto bella ! Eravamo fuori sotto il gazebo nel bellissimo giardinetto che hanno creato ,che dire sul cibo ..la qualità è ottima le porzioni abbondanti, il servizio impeccabile nonostante fosse una giornata caotica e avessero il ristorante pieno ,il personlae sempre con il sorriso e disponibile . È sempre un piacere andare alla Ciallamina oltre che per il buonissimo cibo e per la bellissima location unica nel suo genere anche per Enrica e la sua famiglia che sono degli ottimi padroni di casa !!

22/03/2025: Discovered by chance, but truly a very pleasant surprise 😍 Spectacular cured meats and space gastronomy dishes 🤩 We took a platter of mixed cured meats, a portion of swallow's nests and some meatballs; to close a blue cheese. All served in a room with "special" furnishings. Really well done, I will definitely be back
