17/05/2025: The Corbezzoli restaurant in San Lazzaro di Savena is inside the Relais Hotel Bellaria. The access road in the evening is fabulous… a tree-lined avenue with light points to then discover a tropical garden that opens up, winding on several heights, water games, very well-kept flowerbeds and lighting make it a unique atmosphere. We dined inside because the outdoor area was not yet open. The room with soft lighting is designer, sober and elegant, of great impact, the staff very attentive, kind and professional. We received as a welcome entrée evo oil with soft bread and a small bowl with a delicate preparation of tomato, basil, on an onion base, sweet and very fragrant. Followed by amberjack cooked at two temperatures, warmer surface and fresh base, shrimp with crunchy salad, a Lugana from the Armani winery, tiramisu to share in two paired with Passito di Pantelleria, and two coffees. An experience to repeat. A truly unique dinner. Compliments to all the staff for the excellent organization. We will return. Highly recommended place.

24/05/2025: Locale d’atmosfera, tempistiche perfette, materie prime eccelse, ricette curate e schiette. L’esperienza gastronomica da Olimpia è gustativamente eccellente con un pesce di qualità davvero stellare. Il vero valore aggiunto di questo ristorante è però il suo maitre/titolare, un professionista appartenente a quella specie ahimè in via di estinzione. Vedere persone così innamorate del proprio lavoro tanto da essere in grado di regalare un servizio così memorabile è, al giorno d’oggi, commovente. Dalla proposta gastronomica alla scelta del vino (una carta vini da appassionati, con una ampiezza e una profondità, soprattutto sulle bolle, da grandissimo ristorante) da Olimpia verrete seguiti e rimarrete affascinati. Inutile dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo è perfetto, specchio di un ristorante dove la qualità è il faro e la passione per questo lavoro fa da motore. Ad maiora ragazzi, che bella storia!

11/05/2025: Cena di lavoro. Ottimo ristorante, qualità dei prodotti molto elevata e preparazioni ben fatte e presentate. Ottima carta dei vini, soprattutto bollicine. Consigliato. Rispetto ad altri ristoranti è un po formale, ma credo sia la sua cifra stilistica. Da tenere presente e in cui tornare, non si rimane delusi.

22/06/2025: Historic trattoria with a consolidated traditional menu. Excellent quality/price ratio. Here you can still find guinea fowl. Good first courses and a good selection of desserts. Recommended if you are in the area. Only open for lunch though …🥂

09/05/2025: We came on a Friday evening we ate 2 pizzas and a spaghetti carbonara and 2 cheesecakes and a truly delicious semifreddo, young and excellent service, a place to visit. Highly recommended

02/07/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us, and I have to say, I liked it so much that I went back a second time. The pasta was truly delicious and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly, and everything was quick. The outdoor seating is lovely, and the inside is just as beautiful; there's even a small courtyard. It was truly one of the best lasagnas of our Italian vacation; we tried several. The balanzoni were also incredibly good, as was the sauce. We'll be back. Thanks for the great food!

13/06/2025: The place was recommended to us by friends; informal, simple and clean environment; crowded for being during the week, wide culinary choice, especially fish. High quality of raw materials and fast service, the risotto and clams are superlative! Also excellent is the appetizer with salmon, scallops, anchovies, cuttlefish, etc. We will be back.

27/06/2025: I was there last night for dinner with a friend of mine. Very nice and well-kept place surrounded by the Cervia salt pans and flamingos. We ate really well, excellent raw materials and fair quality/price ratio. The staff was kind and was able to advise us well based on our tastes. We discovered that there is also the possibility of doing group activities such as a tour of the salt pans or being accompanied to see the archaeological finds, unfortunately we did not know and we did not organize ourselves, I recommend consulting their website. I also recommend going for dinner because the sunset show during dinner makes the atmosphere really beautiful and peaceful. In essence, absolutely recommended!!!

31/05/2025: A true experience! The service at Embassy is of a level rarely found these days – attentive, warm, and absolutely professional. You feel welcome and well looked after from the very first moment. The cuisine is also impressive across the board: creative, perfectly balanced in flavor, and lovingly prepared down to the smallest detail. The cooking here is done with passion – and you can taste it. A place you'll gladly return to. Unreservedly recommended!

17/05/2025: We ate the fish very well, the mussels were excellent, the spaghetti allo scoglio, the staff were kind, what can I say? Highly recommended!!
