12/03/2025: The Gourmet pizzas are excellent!!! Let the pizza chef advise you and you won't regret it!! Delicious gluten-free pizzas, to be booked the day before (dough made by the pizza chef!!) I recommend booking especially on weekends!!

26/01/2025: Nonostante la pizza sia di buona qualità non si può chiedere alle 21, dopo avere prenotato alle 19.30 aver mangiato in poco più di un ora, di alzarsi e lasciare libero il tavolo perché altri clienti aspettano. Nessuno all atto della prenotazione aveva specificato che bisognava lasciare libero il tavolo ad un orario ben determinato.

01/03/2025: Typical traditional Bolognese tavern: warm and welcoming environment. Excellent and varied appetizers based on vegetables, bread and breadsticks served hot, we ate some amazing green tortelloni with gorgonzola and chopped pistachios, meatballs with parmesan cream, meat tartare, cantucci and vin santo. I recommend the carafe of Aperol spritz, iced, thirst-quenching, perfectly balanced. The owners are courteous, friendly, they entertain you with a few jokes in Bolognese dialect, what can I say, I will definitely be back!

09/03/2025: We had a fantastic lunch here! Just a heads up, you’ll need a reservation because it seems to be a popular spot all year round. The service charge includes the bread basket, which was really good. We even got to try some local bread from Ferrara. The starter of fried zucchini with mozzarella was a must-try - it was fresh, crunchy, and delicious. The food was great, and the staff were super friendly and professional. The prices were also reasonable. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

09/03/2025: A refined restaurant, where the cuisine meets particular tastes and combinations that can surprise, or can still leave a positive experience. The scallops are excellent, as are the sea bass, the au gratin and the anchovy cutlets. The risotto with burrata and lime is excellent. The dessert was good but I would have expected something more particular, including the plating. Staff always friendly and courteous.

16/03/2025: I was very curious to try this restaurant...they had always spoken very well to me about it...and I confirm that at Cesare you can eat and feel very good...I had dinner with friends last night...they prepared a table for us on their closed veranda for the winter...We ordered different dishes so we could exchange opinions...The result...all excellent...the service then completed our opinion positively... Absolutely worth trying and for us...to return...maybe in the summer to escape from a hot evening in the city.

20/03/2025: Truly unique experience. Evening in company, accompanied by extremely genuine dishes, carefully prepared and refined tastes. Tradition in its purest form, on the table, seasoned with good wine and cheerfulness to seal an evening that will be remembered for a long time.

La compagnia dell’oste e famiglia in questo fantastico luogo nelle valli piacentine chiude in bellezza questa esperienza unica e consigliata a tutti, famiglie e gruppo di amici. Sicuramente torneremo!

22/10/2024: Passing by on a motorbike, beautiful location overlooking Bobbio and Valtrebbia. Excellent home cooking, tagliatelle with fresh home made porcini mushrooms, pissarei and fasò.... Compliments to the courteous and helpful staff. Advised.

30/09/2024: BREATHTAKING location! Outdoors the landscape is crazy, and the farmhouse is nestled in a hill above Bobbio from which you can see the whole valley, and inside you can savor an elegant and comfortable rusticity, combined perfectly with the selected cuisine offered. We ate cold cuts with a first course, the only flaw was the cold cuts were too young, but everything else won us over :)

15/03/2025: Restaurant in the center. Perhaps not too visible and easy to reach given the restricted traffic zones. The venue is very intimate. The menu is mainly based on fish (very fresh). I applaud my diner's special request for a single dish with oysters. The tuna tartare is excellent. Unfortunately, the pappardelle with burrata was not a successful dish as the hot pasta melted the burrata, but this was always cold on the plate and "glued" the pasta itself... too bad, it needs to be reviewed. Excellent fried and good and original raspberry sorbet. The bill is quite important. I would say that it is recommended for dinners of a certain importance or anniversaries. The staff was always discreetly present for every need at the table itself.
