Heavenly place, I fell in love with it instantly, with its warm and welcoming interior, full of history, sweat,
struggles, victories, and love.
The outside is rustic, fresh, and romantic.
The staff who advise you are as if they could read your mind😳🤣

The people are approachable, very sociable, friendly, and professional.
As for the dishes, let's not even talk about them; it was a succession of love and orgasms.

Appetizer:
A pumpkin flan with balsamic vinegar reduction, parmesan cream and pumpkin seeds,
creamed cod with vegetable aculia, and julienne-style soffritto.
First courses:
Macaroni with asparagus, cheese and pepper,
Tortellini with parmesan cream,
Pumpkin tortelli with soffritto,
Bigoli with Lambrusco-flavored sausage.
Second courses:
Sliced Iberian pink pork with berries and black cherry cheeks, the bomb. 🤤🤤 I thought it was pink because it was undercooked, so I asked...
And they assured me it's cooked slowly first and then grilled, which is why it's pink.

The food was good, but the staff showed little empathy. Since we only had a starter and didn't order wine, we were treated with condescension. We found a hat in the bread basket, and while the waiter was kind the first time, the second time the waitress was extremely brusque and rudely placed the basket on the table without speaking. At the cashier, after reporting the matter, there wasn't even a hint of kindness or even the slightest attempt to show apology. Professionalism requires that every customer, whether having a coffee or a full lunch, be treated with courtesy and, indeed, professionalism. What a shame.

It's a restaurant in a strategic location, quiet yet very close to the highway exit (Reggiolo/Rolo).
The restaurant is elegant and quiet, perfectly soundproofed, and despite the large number of customers, there was no disturbance and we could easily chat in a low voice.
The menu is exquisite; they had three lunch menu options plus a wide selection à la carte. Honestly, it's hard to say which was better. A spectacular appetizer, top-quality cured meats accompanied by homemade giardiniera or mostarda (we're close to Mantua...)—something you won't understand unless you try them. Then we had the pumpkin tortelli, which were top-notch.
The welcome was kind and warm; the young woman serving the tables demonstrated professionalism, but also politeness and good manners, which have become rare these days.
I don't usually write such enthusiastic reviews, but this one deserves it!

Traditional cuisine with a touch of innovation. A simple menu with a daily special. A welcoming place and restaurateurs who put you at ease.

Excellent. I stopped for lunch on a highway trip, avoiding the usual Autogrill. It's very close to the Reggiolo-Rolo toll booth. Very friendly staff, as always in Emilia Romagna, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Large, well-appointed dining room. The owner is extremely kind and friendly. The food is delicious. The cappelletti in brodo are perfect, a 10/10. The filling is flavorful, the broth balanced and tasty without being cloying. The sausage and pumpkin lasagna is exquisite, with a crunchy surface. The desserts are incredible! We'll be back soon! The prices are fair.

The price was high for the quantity and quality of the dishes served. The appetizer included polenta with pancetta. I asked for another cured meat instead of pancetta, but they served me a plate with just polenta and no cured meat.
