Traveling along the A1 and A22 Modena-Brennero motorways, two minutes from the Reggiolo-Rolo exit, there's this quiet little place. I liked the welcoming interior, the friendly staff, and the good food. They're always welcoming, even close to closing time at 2:00 PM. I found the charcuterie boards a bit sparse compared to other places of the same price and quality. The marinated salmon with burrata dish I thought was fresh salmon, but it was smoked salmon. It was cold. A piece of fresh seared or grilled salmon would have been fantastic. The sliced ​​beef was good. The first courses were very good. The homemade desserts were very popular.

Excellent place, now you can define it as historic, it has always improved and now it is truly super, excellent dishes and always excellent service, now it has also increased its seats with an open area and a terrace, but the level remains of quality.

A stop between trips for dinner for two. A lovely surprise. We had culatello and amberjack tartare as appetizers, mezzé paccheri with shrimp tails, pork cheek, roast potatoes, two desserts, a coffee, a grappa, two glasses of white wine, and a water. Everything was delicious, especially the pork cheek. €105 total.

The food was good, but the staff showed little empathy. Since we only had a starter and didn't order wine, we were treated with condescension. We found a hat in the bread basket, and while the waiter was kind the first time, the second time the waitress was extremely brusque and rudely placed the basket on the table without speaking. At the cashier, after reporting the matter, there wasn't even a hint of kindness or even the slightest attempt to show apology. Professionalism requires that every customer, whether having a coffee or a full lunch, be treated with courtesy and, indeed, professionalism. What a shame.
