A family-run restaurant serving regional cuisine, with excellent service. We sampled typical appetizers, ravioli, and pasta with beans, followed by three typical main courses shared among eight people. The horse tartare was particularly good. They also had very good regional wines – highly recommended.

One of the best restaurants in the area. The quality of the dishes is truly excellent, from the top-quality cured meats with burtleina to the superb first and second courses (goose and horse meat tartare).
The wine selection is extensive and carefully selected.
The service is attentive and friendly.

A wonderful experience in the hills between Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna. We were welcomed warmly and expertly in these quaint restaurants. Traditional menu, beautifully presented, and a comprehensive wine list. Good value for money. Definitely worth a try.

In the small hamlet of Corano, not far from Piacenza, lies this delightful little restaurant. The warmth of hospitality is felt as soon as you arrive, continuing at the table. The restaurant offers aged cured meats, fresh homemade pasta, and artisanal desserts, as well as fish-based dishes and a wine list that ranges from Piacenza's finest to the finest Italian wines. Today, my favorites: a sampling of hot and cold vegetables along with traditional Piacenza DOP cured meats, eggs with white truffle (wonderful), and to finish, a shortcrust pastry tart with custard and warm strawberries shaded with rum!!! Everything was perfect... As always!!!! ♥️

Small restaurant not far from the center of Ziano Piacentino.
Rustic atmosphere, homemade, and very good food.
The appetizer was excellent, even though it wasn't specified what it consisted of or that the price was per person (€18 for two), but the cured meats were truly excellent.
The tagliolini with truffle and prosciutto were excellent, as were the tagliatelle with mushrooms.
The Braulio sorbet was special.
Definitely worth trying again when in the area.

Truly excellent! Authentic traditional Piacenza cuisine with careful and expert selection of ingredients. Highly recommended for family lunches to feel at home—and Piacenza, of course! Well done!!!
