We had lunch here before visiting nearby Rocchetta Mattei. The manager was very attentive to our time requirements bound by the reservation at the Rocchetta. He served us immediately, with kindness. This type of attention is not to be taken for granted and has allowed us to manage to do everything within the established times. The food is excellent and the value for money is absolutely advantageous.
Gluten-free options are also available, served carefully and with the necessary care.

Located literally near a fortress, it feels like entering a cabin with a renovated and modern appearance, the environment still remains as convivial as the dishes. The crescentine with the various cured meats and cheeses are absolutely worth trying, a plate of that would be enough for a lunch for two people.

Super restaurant about ten minutes from Rocchetta Mattei..location where we were on a trip..after leaving there we were looking for a place to eat and luckily they had placed an advertising leaflet for this restaurant on the dashboard of the car.Local food made by they all very good!

Great lunch with friends,
the truffle dishes were very good, the pappardelle with mushrooms did not convince us. Excellent starter and desserts all home made. Truly exemplary welcome and hospitality, thank you, see you next time!

We had lunch at the Osteria della Rocca and had a great time. We ate the trio of first courses with all fresh pasta made by them, all delicious. Excellent second courses and always homemade dessert. We were pampered by the very nice lady at the service, and everything was excellent including the bill. We hope to be able to return. We recommend it!

After a nice walk in Soprasasso we refreshed ourselves with satisfaction in this splendid trattoria, the potato flan with black truffle was very good, the trio of first courses was also excellent even if the tagliatelle with mushrooms did not fully satisfy us, the other dishes ordered were also good .the service was quick, professional and I would also add friendly. We will definitely return to try other specialties of the Bolognese Apennines. Well done

After visiting Rocchetta Mattei, we had lunch in this suggestive corner of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. All the dishes are delicious and of excellent quality. Fast and very friendly staff. Prices more than fair. Highly recommended!

Paesaggio, atmosfera e suggestioni contribuiscono a ricompensare il viaggio per arrivarci. Location tipica con pietanze di qualità e tipiche del terrirorio. Non per ultimo grande cordialità del gestore e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Fidatevi, non mi dilungo oltre.

Roccapitigliana è un piccolo borgo, frazione del Comune di Gaggio Montano, da cui dista 15 km ed è alto circa 500 m. slm. Qui si trova l’Osteria della Rocca, un confortevole ristorante dove poter gustare piatti tipici dell’ Appennino. Menu vario con specialità locali che propone gustose ricette, alcune riviste con qualche modifica, veramente di ottimo gusto e qualità. Ambiente accogliente anche con veranda a vetri, personale gentile, attento e servizio veloce, molto simpatico e cordiale anche Marco il titolare. Nel periodo invernale questo locale è aperto soltanto venerdi sabato e domenica, in ogni caso conviene prenotare. Consigliatissimo. A poca distanza dal ristorante, nella parte alta, da non perdere la Chiesa di San Michele Arcangelo realizzata su un roccione di pietra in posizione molto panoramica.
