We found it by accident and were very warmly welcomed. Local food great. A delicious artichoke appetizer, delicious paste and a great dessert. The service is very committed, nice and helpful. We left smiling :)

Nice place, well furnished and with attention to detail. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Well cooked food, non-trivial menu, with some typical Ferrara dishes and other more curious proposals, including off-menu ones. We liked everything. You can't get lost on the wine list and you will find interesting proposals.
Bonus: the kindness of the staff.

I went to a dinner with friends and it was a nice discovery, the place is very nice and the food excellent, there are also many non-traditional dishes, many of which are based on seasonal vegetables. I will definitely return when it is possible to eat at the outdoor tables, given the beautiful location in the middle of the streets of the Jewish ghetto.

Lunch and dinner, Balebuste is always a guarantee of quality and conviviality! Both for dinner parties, for couples and also for families with children like mine. The kindness of the staff and an elaborate and interesting menu are distinctive elements within a very evocative setting in the Jewish ghetto.

Era da diverso tempo che non andavo a cena in questa splendida osteria nel cuore del ghetto ebraico e come sempre si è riconfermata una certezza. Il personale davvero molto gentile, sorridente, giovane ed attento ad ogni desiderio del cliente, Il cibo ottimo e intriso di tanta "ferraresità". La location rimane sempre molto suggestiva e piacevole. Il conto adeguato! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Locale situato in centro ma che non avremmo trovato con una passeggiata. Attratta dalle foto del locale e dalle recensioni entriamo in questo ristorante che da subito ci dà l'idea di calore, non caotico come altri in centro, luci soffuse e un servizio come piace a noi: presente, piacevole ma mai invadente. Cibo ottimo a partire dai taglieri con i pinzini e passando ai famosi cappellacci con ragù. Buonissima anche la salama con purè e la famosa tenerona di Ferrara. Conto onestissimo per la qualità dei prodotti. Continuate così e un saluto da Firenze!
