22/03/2025: Discovered by chance, but truly a very pleasant surprise 😍 Spectacular cured meats and space gastronomy dishes 🤩 We took a platter of mixed cured meats, a portion of swallow's nests and some meatballs; to close a blue cheese. All served in a room with "special" furnishings. Really well done, I will definitely be back

27/02/2025: As far as I'm concerned, it is here in Montale that it is possible to eat the best Piacenza platters. Cured meats, cheeses and wine are exactly how I like them: seasoned and with a strong flavour. This butcher's shop is certainly not synonymous with delicacy, and it is perfect as it is. A real awakening for the taste buds. Compliments especially for the cured meats: between coppa, culaccia and salami, I don't know which was better. The bread and focaccia in the bags were also delicious. You can feel the quality, as well as the freshness of the products. But it was above all the desserts that surprised me, since, in places like this, they are very - too often - left in the background and consequently their goodness suffers. Here, however, simple products such as cocoa biscuits, baci di dama and tart are worth as much as the more elaborate desserts you normally find around. The cake with plums and amaretti, with its contrast between bitterness and sweetness, is a clear demonstration of how little is enough to create unforgettable meals. The attention to the customer then adds the icing on the cake to an already excellent experience. You can feel how the staff cares about providing excellent service in a timely manner. It was nice to listen to the explanation of the individual products on the cutting boards, even though I didn't understand it. Knowledge adds flavor to the meal. So what can I say: now I know where to go when I want an aperitif in Piacenza again.

09/03/2025: I booked at 8:30 because I arrived late but the waiter took us to the table straight away. Shortly after we made ourselves comfortable he arrives to take the order saying that the pizza took a little time but honestly everything arrived immediately. Delicious food from the fillet hamburger sandwich to the spectacular Old America pizza. The dessert also and the bill more than fair. I will definitely go back.

03/04/2025: What a nice & cozy restaurant with a great selection of cold cuts and parmacean cheese as well as a decent selection as well as reasonably priced Italian wines and beer. The staff is super friendly, courteous and attentive. Overall, a good place to enjoy some authentic Parma food with great staff.

23/03/2025: per festeggiare la festa del papà siamo andati in questa trattoria che non avevo mai visitato. L'ambiente è tipico di una trattoria di campagna, locali grandi ed arredamento datato. Abbiamo mangiato il loro antipasto principale che si chiama Asse e consiste in un taglierone di affettati formaggi sottaceti gnocco fritto e crescentina. Eravamo in 7 e con due di queste assi eravamo già a posto, molto buoni. Poi abbiamo preso la carne ai ferri e questa non mi ha soddisfatto molto, il castrato era tenerissimo ma la pancetta era poco cotta e risultava dure, mentre la salsiccia aveva un sapore strano che non saprei definire. Vini locali, buona la Rambela frizzante di Randi Nel complesso una esperienza abbastanza positiva.

09/03/2025: I passed by chance at lunchtime, and I noticed the number of vans of workers on their lunch break. You can't go wrong. Excellent home-made food. Trio of pasta to taste. Magnificent guinea fowl. I will definitely return. Fantastic waitress, I didn't ask her name

30/03/2025: I went for lunch.. ate very well. Mussels tarantina style.. very good, excellent shellfish pan. Everything very good. The first time I write a review. Helpful and very kind staff. Very normal price where the cover charge is still 2 euros. I will go again. I recommend it.

13/03/2025: ho mangiato una pizza veramente buona, ben cotta e ottimamente condita, digeribile e gustosa. anche gli altri piatti mi ispiravano e la prossima volta li proverò. un po' troppo dolce il semifreddo al cioccolato. peccato che ci fosse una tavolata che festeggiava qualcosa ed era veramente rumorosa, ma non è certo colpa del gestore del ristorante.

09/03/2025: Bel locale in prossimità del portocanale di Cesenatico. Ampia scelta carne, pesce e pizza. Ho avuto modo di mangiare un ottima pizza e un buon primo. Locale bello, titolare simpatico, ospitalità romagnola top! Ottimi dolci fatti da loro. Impossibile trovarsi male!!
