Excellent cuisine, restaurant recommended not for gorging but for enjoying good dishes

The service throughout the evening was extremely inattentive, despite only half the tables being occupied. We had to call the staff several times to get what was missing from the table, while the plates were getting cold: fork, glass, napkin, and twice for parmesan cheese. The customer next to us stood for five minutes with his arm raised; when it was getting comical, he got up to go straight to the waiter. The food was good, but the overall experience was unfortunately poor, especially considering the price.

A fantastic experience at this restaurant in Cervia. The care taken in preparing each dish is evident from the first glance, with elegant and refined plating that highlights the quality of the ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the presentation of the octopus, served on a delicate cream and carefully garnished. The ravioli were also exceptional, rich in perfectly balanced flavors. I highly recommend a visit to anyone looking for creative and refined cuisine in a very pleasant atmosphere.

We've been there twice in the last month, the first time by chance, the second time to try other dishes. Excellent service, meticulously prepared dishes, along with other traditional ones. I'd call it a refined trattoria.

The food was truly delicious, especially the white lemon risotto. The mussels made you want to mop up the sauce with the sauce. I also really enjoyed the mandarin sorbet (€5). The food was generally well-presented, and it's a place where you can make a good impression if you bring a few people. The glass of still white wine I ordered (Famoso) was excellent. The service was pleasant. The restaurant is well-kept and clean, with a closed outdoor dining area, an indoor area, and an outdoor area. The €3.50 cover charge is a bit high, but it's worth it for the attention to detail (they brought me bread, which was delicious and available in a variety of flavors, a second time even though I hadn't finished the first one because the mussels had so much sauce). The coffee was good (€2). Prices are medium-high, but there are specials during the week at lunchtime. Definitely worth returning for a very pleasant experience.
