08/08/2025: Spectacular service, excellent food, and a beautiful, historic location. We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, and two desserts, kindly recommended by the woman who served us. They also offered us a small appetizer with two arancini and a sampling of two small cannoli after dessert. Everything was delicious. The dishes were full of personality and of the highest quality, beautifully presented. Excellent experience

20/07/2025: A summer evening and dinner for two at the outdoor tables. We were delighted with their tasting menu. The service was attentive and meticulous, the presentation of the dishes was delightful, the pairings were thoughtful, and the ingredients, especially the fish, were decidedly fresh and high-quality. The wine list was comprehensive and reasonably priced, with a particularly generous selection of champagne.

28/10/2025: There are some magical encounters...chosen by chance on the way home, upon crossing the threshold, a world opened up in a setting that encapsulates the history of the place and the flavors of traditional products, treated with kindness and respect. A place that encompasses excellence and a host who knows how to express his dedication to what he offers and to his guests. In this case, yellow flowers weren't needed to stand out...or maybe they were there, but only we saw them!

07/08/2025: The best ice creams from our various trips to Italy!!! A must-see "gastronomic" stop in Ferrara, about a 20-minute walk from the cathedral. And a wonderfully informative chat with the woman who makes her ice cream with love and without industrial chemicals. Excellent natural and original flavors, ice cream that doesn't melt in a minute despite the summer heat. Go for it!

03/11/2025: I went for dinner with a group of friends a couple of weeks ago and we were really pleased. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very nice; we had a few laughs. We definitely recommend this place if you're craving good pizza: it was truly delicious! A must-try.

08/12/2025: Order the truffle tortelloni, they're VERY good! The traditional tagliatelle are truly fantastic, and the meatballs with creamy parmesan cheese and fried tortellini are unforgettable!!!! All topped off with the kindness of the staff.

12/12/2025: In rankings of locals' favorite piadina shops, Ilde's always ranks among the best. After tasting it, I can confirm it fully deserves its reputation: it's officially in my top 3 in all of Romagna (and I've tried so many). The kiosk is located just outside Rimini, in the hills, a few kilometers from the city: an easily accessible location and perfect for a tasty break away from the chaos. The piadina is simply exceptional: fragrant, flavorful, and just the right amount of richness. A mix of authentic flavors that captivates you from the first bite and makes you wish it would never end. Truly out of this world. The only downside: it's closed for the winter. I'll be in the area soon, but I'll have to wait until next summer to return... and I can't wait.

02/12/2025: A typical Modenese osteria with traditional cuisine. The fresh pasta and ragu are highly recommended, and it's always a good idea to order the daily special, which they usually have for lunch. They have a room dedicated to Pagani. The staff is very friendly, and the owner is always there, ready to help.

11/11/2025: Super cozy trattoria. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and friendly. The food is delicious, including gnocco fritto and tagliatelle, which are top-notch. I recommend booking in advance.

03/12/2025: A lunch outside Milan in a quiet setting a few km from Fidenza, impeccable service, parking available, excellent food served with a good, very sweet wine, and an excellent homemade dessert to try!!!

30/11/2025: We ate everything well (starters, first courses, second courses, desserts), and that's the most important thing, but the portions could have been significantly larger, especially considering the expense. It's better to eat and spend than to spend little but eat poorly, but at least make the portions decent. They didn't include the usual limoncello shots and after-dinner drinks.
