05/10/2025: A truly positive experience!! The place is truly beautiful and welcoming. An old-fashioned osteria. Modern dishes that respect tradition. Truly delicious food and very friendly staff. Very fair prices.

27/08/2025: This is our second time here, having been in Montecchio for a short break. Welcoming place. Excellent food, traditional products, and dishes from the wonderful Emilia region. Excellent, very friendly service.

29/09/2025: We stopped for a quick dinner since we were on the road and in a hurry, but we wasted almost an hour because the service was so slow. You can't wait that long for a piadina topped with cured meats. Otherwise, nothing to complain about: the piadina was delicious and of excellent quality.

05/10/2025: The occasion was an informal dinner with a group of colleagues. What struck me immediately was the welcoming and kindness of the staff; I felt at home. I really appreciated the fragrance and freshness of the piadinas, and the tortelli with ricotta and spinach were also excellent.

I would have continued eating, I admit! I truly recommend this super cute little place not only for the quality of the food, but also for the courtesy and friendliness of the staff!! 02/09/2025: Alone. Arrived at 7 p.m., left at 9 p.m. A bit slow to relax and off-topic, but the waitresses were friendly.

17/10/2025: With a friend who lives in Bologna. We had pasta with bolognese and cheese sauce, and dessert. While the classic version is served in soup, this cheese pasta was incredibly delicious. I was also intrigued by the seasonal menu.

05/08/2025: This is a nice cafe with a few tables inside and outside. It is located by the main road and a petrol station. I had a typical sweet Italian breakfast: cornetto with coffee: pistachio croissant had lots of filling plus cappuccino with a good foam - both really tasty. They also had savoury options and we picked one with prosciutto. The staff was super welcoming, smiling and friendly. It sets you with a good mood for the whole day 😀 thank you! Great option for an affordable breakfast (approx 7,5 euro in total for two) if you stay on the other side of Bologna train station.

02/11/2025: The food (pizza) is barely adequate. The vaunted quality is only on paper. The prices, however, are high.

27/10/2025: Great pizza place. My Diavola (spicy sausage) pizza was delicious. My husband enjoyed his Napola (anchovy) pizza as well. My red house wine had an odd smell and taste; maybe my taste was off? The place was very busy so have a reservation or get there at an off hour. Many locals and a lively atmosphere.

18/10/2025: I had lunch today and I have to say it was truly top notch. The menu beats everything...kudos! And the chef is fantastic.

15/10/2025: The cuisine features traditional and sophisticated dishes, always balanced and made with quality ingredients. Good service. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming.

19/10/2025: We called 5 times in the space of 2 hours to make a reservation, but no answer. We walked 30 minutes from the town festival, crossing dangerous roads because there's no pedestrian crossing, and when we arrived, they told us there was no room and that we'd have to wait over an hour. I recommend a thorough reassessment of the management, so we're not going to be there.

18/10/2025: Enjoy your lunch at La Fogna, the tagliatelle with ragù are good, but the tagliata is special, the zuppa inglese is good, but the mascarpone with torta barozzi is excellent!

03/10/2025: With friends from the club, it's the place to go for members' evenings, as several of them live in town. We dine in the tavern with cured meat appetizers and anolini in broth. Both are excellent, with a special mention for the anolini, a must for the gourmet palates of those who appreciate "real" anolini with terza broth. Excellent service from the staff! Very good!

12/09/2025: This is another place that has become a regular for me and my family, for breakfast, aperitif, lunch and occasionally dinner. The place is elegant, welcoming and clean, the staff are kind, hospitable and very professional. Breakfast has something for all tastes and needs. For aperitif, I repeat the same as above. Lunch and dinner are top menus, every day you find something different. There are a few dishes, quality ingredients cooked excellently at an excellent price... 5 stars deserved.

16/10/2025: A lovely place on Via delle Volte, quaint and well-decorated. The service was excellent and fast, but I wasn't entirely sold on the food, especially the duck pappardelle. The pasta was fresh, but the sauce didn't quite hold together, perhaps because the duck pieces were too large. The tortelli with ricotta and mushrooms were good, but too delicate, the mashed potatoes with salami were too salty... and the cold cuts weren't that great. Anyway, it's a matter of personal preference, worth a try.

11/10/2025: I've never had such a good salami with mashed potatoes in Ferrara, truly amazing! Not to mention the pumpkin cappellacci. Super cute, very intimate place. Prices are average. If I may, the only advice I'd give is to increase the portions slightly because everything is so good you'll eat even if you're not hungry anymore! Five well-deserved stars!

13/07/2025: We've been getting cakes here for years and they're always super kind and the results are excellent! My wedding cake was very special but it was exactly how we wanted it!

03/11/2025: Excellent quality food, comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended if you want traditional Bolognese cuisine! Prices are reasonable considering its location.

02/11/2025: Excellent service, very fast and delicious. You absolutely must try the tiramisu.
