Locanda della Pieve In Tizzano val parma

We had lunch at Trattoria della Pieve in the village of Moragnano; one of those small but charming villages, lost in the Parma hills, where time seems to have stood still and never passes... And it's precisely in small and unexpected places like this that you can find the simple, tasty, authentic, and sincere cuisine typical of this area! Spacious and comfortable, the staff is extremely kind and helpful! The menu isn't extensive, but it features classic traditional Parma dishes; but do you really need a long list of dishes to demonstrate your passion for cooking? There's also a pizzeria option, which we didn't try. But now the real "stars" of the cuisine arrive: exquisite cured meats, accompanied by one of the best fried tortelli I've ever tasted in my life!!!! And then the tortelli (potatoes, herbs, and tomato sauce) are SPECTACULAR!!! Not to mention the tagliolini with white ragù: A TASTY ASSORTED PICTURE!!! The main courses were also good (tip steak, Parma rosé, and tagliata). A wide selection of wines (both local and international). In short, a FABULOUS lunch and absolutely satisfying!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Rating the restaurant- excellent! We had pasta ragu bianco, lamb, calf, salad and dessert 😀 service was very kind and attentive. Amazing view of the mountains from the restaurant.

Beautiful, recently renovated, modern restaurant. A lovely reading/game corner near the entrance. Delicious pizza, first courses, and second courses. Extensive and well-priced wine list. Homemade desserts. Suitable for families and couples. Plenty of parking, including in the courtyard.

Excellent restaurant serving local and other dishes, cooked with care. The staff is extremely attentive to customer satisfaction. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. If we were to find a flaw, it would be the enormous portions; a flaw that was quickly remedied by the spontaneous offer of a Doggy Bag! All this is worth it in the EVENING. At lunchtime, a large, noisy, and rude crowd can ruin your appetite: best avoided!

I highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent food, truly delicious cured meats, and a decent wine list. The staff is young, friendly, kind, and attentive. They welcomed our dog without a problem. I'll definitely be back to try the pizzas, too, because they looked delicious.

I've been frequenting the Locanda for work lunches with colleagues for years and we've always had a great time. The food is excellent, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the value for money is unbeatable.

New Year's Eve experience. It's rare to find a free menu on New Year's Eve, but add courtesy and quality = a positive experience proven on other occasions!!!
