13/06/2025: Had it for lunch, the herbs were excellent (picked by Adriana, 86 years old, congratulations), the piada was good and the tortellini with ragù, which was very good, excellent value for money, I will return on another occasion, thank you very much

17/05/2025: Ho frequentato Bar Bianco per anni come una scelta valida quando non avevo voglia di cucinare o comunque quando ero di fretta per via dei loro validissimi panini e non solo! Vorrei ringraziare in particolar modo le stupende e gentilissme ragazze: Michela, Hind e la Stefania. Molto professionali ma soprattutto divertenti. Inoltre anche i loro colleghi che fanno il turno serale e sono sempre stato trattato molto bene, gentili e disponibili. Ci vado praticamente tutti i giorni prima di attaccare al lavoro. Lo stra consiglio! ( inoltre hanno un'enorme varietà di cocktail e drink di vario tipo ).

17/05/2025: Ottimo locale per un aperitivo o una cena. Servizio cordiale e veloce. Abbiamo fatto una festa di compleanno improvvisata (senza prenotare) in 12 persone tra adulti e bambini. I bimbi avevano fame e le pizze sono arrivate in tempi ottimali. I drink mi sono piaciuti perché ne abbiamo ordinato tanti tra alcolici per adulti e analcolici per i bimbi e li ho provati tutti 😂😂😂. Il prezzo è nella norma visti gli altri locali. Una serata bellissima. Grazie mille a tutti .

The environment is not noisy and even if full of customers you can talk calmly, without having to shout at all because of the noise. Excellent food, well-kept dishes from the presentation to the quality of the products, impeccable chef! Welcoming and prompt service, highly recommended place.

14/06/2025: I used to go there on a lunch break, with satisfaction, I tried it this Saturday evening for two. We had the Argentine grill, vegetables, potatoes, then for dessert black forest and delicious zuppa inglese, with liquor dosed just right. Offered by the house samples of focaccia, crostini, and very good liquorice, melon and limoncello liqueurs. Delicious, you can taste the flavor not the sugar. Family run, very kind, they take care of customers, excellent service. Highly recommended.

29/06/2025: There were 7 of us plus a dog; very warm welcome and fantastic service thanks, above all, to Filippo's kindness and friendliness. Mainly typical Parma cuisine with exquisite dishes. Very rich and well-kept cellar with local and non-local wines. If you happen to be in Parma, go there! We will definitely be back!
