03/09/2025: A perfect place, romantic and cozy, as if time has stopped and only the love for life remains. Incredible service with a special welcome from Cristiano. The food is of the highest quality, and the desserts are simply divine. A true gourmet experience. We had eel with polenta, black rice with bottarga, sea bass tartare, and a veal steak with arugula and parmesan, along with a fresh salad and amazing desserts — mascarpone, cheesecake, and a local raspberry specialty. An unforgettable place! Highly recommended! And if you’re a cyclist, there are fantastic routes from 17 to 70 km that Cristiano himself will tell you about! 17/08/2025: Every time we make the trip from Parma to Calestano, this is where we end up—and not by accident. Albergo Ristorante Fontana is our go-to when we want to escape the city and just breathe, eat ridiculously well, and sit in a place that feels like a dream carved out of a Tuscan movie set. We had lunch on the veranda, tucked in the lush garden with a light breeze gently rustling the trees—perfect doesn’t even begin to cover it. The food? Elegant, seasonal, and built around the star of the area: tartufo. I started with the verdure spadellate con tartufo, a dish that somehow made vegetables taste luxurious. Then came the tagliolino con gambero e tartufo, which I would happily eat every weekend for the rest of my life—delicate, fragrant, and just indulgent enough without being heavy. Finished with the gelato gourmet della casa alla vaniglia, which was anything but basic. Silky, rich, and clearly homemade. Service is warm and genuinely welcoming—these are people who care about what they’re serving and how you experience it. The place itself is full of quiet grandeur: part historic hotel, part modern gourmet restaurant, all set in what feels like a hidden mountain village. We come here often, and it never disappoints. If you’re anywhere near Parma, make the drive. You’ll be glad you did.

05/09/2025: Located in the center of Tresigallo, easy to find with plenty of parking. The restaurant offers excellent dishes, including vegetarian options. The place is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended.

30/08/2025: Dining in the summer in the Tresigallo square at sunset in a metaphysical atmosphere eating excellent fish is an experience that I recommend for those who don't want to go to the sea and love history, passatelli with cream of pumpkin and scallops excellent, tasty spaghetti allo scoglio, generous portions and good fried fish, excellent service, nice surprise, to be recommended

18/07/2025: The fresh pasta was delicious. I ordered the tortellini in broth and the tortelloni with pumpkin to go. Everything was excellent.

13/07/2025: The lasagna tasted like it had been reheated, but it was good. We were given cutlery and were allowed to sit at the tables outside, but they belonged to a nearby bar. A waiter came and you ordered a drink, and then you could eat there.

20/08/2025: It was a stop on the way back from vacation. The piadinas were exceptional. I'll definitely stop here again when I'm in the area.

19/08/2025: They may be a historic establishment, but they forgot to update their staff training. Staff organization is terrible, they're incapable of managing a minimal flow of people, there are extremely long waits despite the tables being free, and the kitchen is also poorly organized. For someone with such a long history, they're rather disappointing and unwelcoming to customers, so much so that I hope you go elsewhere!

31/08/2025: Today, for lunch with three people, the courtesy and professionalism make it clear where you've come in. Spaghetti with mussels and gramigna with Oscar-winning sausage, crispy fried zucchini flowers, truly delicious fiordilatte. Returning to this place is a must.

26/08/2025: A lovely, family-run atmosphere. A focused menu with good food. Prices are fair, just as an Italian restaurant should be. A focused and traditional menu. Beautiful furnishings and decor. In summer, a lovely garden terrace and plenty of free parking next to the restaurant.

22/07/2025: Il Prater è sempre una certezza,abbiamo sfidato il caldo per la serata gamberi all'aperto e ne è valsa la pena. 5/6 portate di piatti fantastici curatissimi e ricercati accompagnati da buon vino di qualità. 07/07/2025: Very nice and welcoming restaurant. Excellent dishes as well as good service. The only flaw: prices in my opinion too high. A platter of cold cuts with a piadina 20 euros seems excessive to me. Ditto for a first course at 18 euros..
