10/08/2025: For dinner with friends, I find myself in a casual yet welcoming place. The staff is polite and always ready to accommodate any request. I found the food to be of good quality and in good quantity. The prices are average. Will I return? Of course!

01/08/2025: I celebrated my father's birthday here some time ago. Apparently the Touring Restaurant is well-known for its fish based dishes but anyway I had this delicious Risotto all'Aceto Balsamico di Modena in Crosta di Parmigiano. Not only the plating was quite fancy, but the risotto flavor was truly on point. It was my first time trying this kind of Risotto and now I was to try more Risotto varieties all over Italy ahahah I also had one of their desserts, which was as delicious as everything else.

23/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Bologna. It's well-known among locals, but many tourists continue to frequent it once they've discovered it. This is undoubtedly due to the highly successful choice of offering unconventional dishes, where the chef's skill is combined with the choice of top-quality ingredients. I'd also like to point out the various vegetarian options; the names of the dishes often don't fully describe what's on your plate, so asking the friendly and courteous staff for advice helps you choose from the extensive menu. The atmosphere is modern, elegant, and well-kept. Although there's plenty of seating, I've always found it crowded, so reservations are recommended, even at lunchtime. Well done, keep it up!

16/08/2025: I had to be here for some kind of tournament in August. We left after two hours in bed (without sleep). The room was sweltering, the air conditioning didn't blow cold air and was incredibly loud. The hotel is a concrete block that doesn't cool down. What a terrible experience for way too much money!

31/08/2025: So far, I've mostly ordered takeout via the app. There's no wait to pay at the counter, and it only takes a few minutes to get my pizzas. Good, well-cooked pizzas.

31/08/2025: They should improve the service, very disorganized. The pizza is average, more than adequate, there is always confusion at the checkout. I returned and found the service improved and even the confusion at the checkout has decreased. The pizza this evening was better than usual, very good, I will return soon to confirm my opinion.

20/08/2025: Excellent risottos, definitely worth a try. Original and with great pairings. The olive oil tasting was also very interesting.

07/07/2025: Discovered by chance thanks to the billboards at the entrance to Imola. I wanted to try it and never was a test happier. Excellent meat, excellent bread, sublime sauce. I love this place for the goodness of the recipes and the quality of the raw materials. I will return soon for the KRAKEN.

17/07/2025: Nueva Patagonia is a true hidden gem! I’m from Argentina, and this place felt like home. All the meats were perfectly grilled, the empanadas were authentic, and it’s the only place in Italy where I found real dulce de leche desserts. 05/06/2025: Very positive culinary experience, the quality of the meat served was truly excellent. We chose a mixed grill and a field grill as well as a small appetizer with empanada. Competent and very helpful waiting staff.

08/08/2025: Spectacular service, excellent food, and a beautiful, historic location. We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, and two desserts, kindly recommended by the woman who served us. They also offered us a small appetizer with two arancini and a sampling of two small cannoli after dessert. Everything was delicious. The dishes were full of personality and of the highest quality, beautifully presented. Excellent experience

20/07/2025: A summer evening and dinner for two at the outdoor tables. We were delighted with their tasting menu. The service was attentive and meticulous, the presentation of the dishes was delightful, the pairings were thoughtful, and the ingredients, especially the fish, were decidedly fresh and high-quality. The wine list was comprehensive and reasonably priced, with a particularly generous selection of champagne.
