23/06/2025: Second experience in this wonderful pizzeria. We ordered a simple Margherita pizza; a timeless classic of Neapolitan tradition, and on this occasion it lived up to expectations. The base was well leavened, with a slightly crunchy edge on the outside, a sign of perfect cooking. The tomato was fresh, sweet enough and well distributed. The melted mozzarella was quality, with a stringy and creamy consistency that harmonized perfectly with the rest of the ingredients. Well done everyone ... I will return for the third and ... not the last time.

25/05/2025: We had dinner at Insoljto in Budrio (FC), we were six friends (five vegans and one omnivore) accompanied by our four-legged friend. It was a nice discovery: finally a place where everyone, including animals, can feel welcome and enjoy something delicious without giving up anything. We tasted various appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts, and each course surprised us positively. The dishes are original, prepared with fresh ingredients and creative combinations, never banal. Excellent flavors, perfect cooking and attention to presentation. The variety of the menu makes this place ideal for everyone, regardless of food preferences. The staff was very kind, helpful and attentive even to our dog, making us feel immediately at ease. The bill also pleasantly surprised us: definitely cheaper than other restaurants with vegan options, despite the quality. It's nice to find a restaurant that enhances vegan products in a tasty, accessible and pet-friendly way. Insoljto was truly an unexpected surprise, an evening to be repeated soon with other friends curious to discover such good and affordable alternative cuisine.

05/07/2025: A corner of Japan in Italy. Leave the noise, stress and rush outside and come in. Let yourself be pampered by the ramen (various options, including vegan and gluten-free), the music, the aromas. Accompany your meal with green tea. While waiting, write down your Time (dream) and concentrate on how to apply the principle of ikigai .. The only negative thing ... in Japan the service charge and non-bottled water are free. Here, unfortunately, they make a difference in what you pay for a dinner.

21/06/2025: We don't know if Punta Marina or Cristallo came first, but this place is certainly a real institution for those who live here. The proximity to the sea allows chefs to have fresh fish every day and let's face it... Those who work by the sea almost always have something more to tell. The restaurant is located just a few steps from the sea and has a small veranda for those who want to order take-away or eat very quickly and without frills at the tables outside - as we did. The smell of frying, the sound of peacocks singing above our heads, the fresh breeze and the sun gave us a special atmosphere. We ordered: 😋 - Seafood salad: with an unmistakable seafood flavor, fresh with a light citrus note, it opened the dance in a sensational way. The use of cooked vegetables such as courgette is also particular. - Risotto alla marinara: no, risotto a little overcooked and tomato a little sweetish. Full of little fish but the cooking of the rice needs to be reviewed. - Mixed skewers: two of shrimp and two of cuttlefish. Very tasty, good, full of meat, they filled the mouth. The tender and tasty consistency of the fish blended harmoniously with the crunchy and delicate taste of the breading. In conclusion we can say that after having taken a tour of the seaside baths, having tasted dishes with the feet on different beaches, having paid different bills, this is the one that won (for now) among those we have tried. (many we have not had the courage to post) The quality/price ratio was right, the portions of the appropriate size and the timing quick, also kind and helpful the lady behind the counter.

23/05/2025: Pranzo infrasettimanale. Abbiamo prenotato ma arriviamo in ritardo e sono quasi le 14. Nessun problema di sorta, il maitre ci fa accomodare e si prodiga anche per far spazio al passeggino della nostra piccola che si era addormentata. Questo non è cibo, ma sono le attenzioni che fanno la differenza. La proposta culinaria è molto interessante. Ottima la tartare di bue proposta come ripieno di peperone. Bella idea lo Spaghetto allo zafferano con trota salmonata. Il maitre ci guida e si intrattiene piacevolmente con noi. Siamo stati davvero bene! Torneremo per provare i doldo e il menù degustazione completamente a sorpresa e sempre diverso!
