25/11/2025: A truly delightful place surrounded by greenery, near the banks of the Secchia River. The kindness and friendliness of the owners make this place even more welcoming. The food is excellent and the quality/price ratio is excellent. First and second courses, exquisite homemade desserts, but above all, the amazing gnocco and tigelle; the gnocco in particular is fragrant, but not greasy, always top-notch. The house-made Lambrusco and Bertolini vinegar are excellent. A place for everyone: couples, groups, families; on special holidays, there's a "nanny service" to keep your children occupied in an adjacent space with games and dancing. A place that hasn't forgotten families with children either: the little ones play while the parents relax! Highly recommended. November 2025 The Ristoro restaurant is now even more welcoming: the summer terrace has been covered and enclosed by large, stunning windows that do not detract from the natural views, particularly the Secchia River, which it overlooks. On summer evenings, you can enjoy the spectacle of stunning sunsets while dining. The quality of the food, even though I didn't think it was possible, has improved even further. It's a restaurant for all occasions: from large tables with friends, to family and children, and even for couples. A place I highly recommend to everyone.

06/11/2025: A very positive experience at Osteria di Sorbara. Really good food, very light gnocco and tigelle, and a variety of cured meats (unusual). Excellent first courses, risotto with parmesan and drops of balsamic vinegar, truly sublime. The owner is truly exceptional; we celebrated our daughter's birthday there and she reserved the upstairs room for us. A wide selection of menus are available for these occasions. Comfortable, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere. A very positive experience, highly recommended.

31/10/2025: A dinner with friends; we expected more of a tavern-like atmosphere, which is indeed what they have on the ground floor, while the first floor is a large room, which also feels cold in its welcome. We ordered several appetizers, first courses, and second courses, but let's say the pasta dishes were the highlight, while for the rest, I can say it was neither bad nor bad. The service was slow, because we sat down for dinner at 7:44 PM and got up at 11:30 PM, with seven of us. Very positive notes were the courtesy of the staff and the friendliness of the girl taking orders, who recommended excellent wines.

13/09/2025: Lots of flavors to please everyone, including those with intolerances and vegans. The gelato is delicious, I highly recommend it, one of the best in Piacenza.

10/12/2025: A must-try! Everything was delicious, including the bizarre risotto with oyster cream. The creamy gelato is a specialty that is still superb today.

12/12/2025: Everything is good but very expensive to eat something as banal as gnocco and tigelle, which are eaten everywhere....they are no longer capable of doing real catering...but you pay the same as a very good restaurant...I'm sorry but that's how it is.

09/12/2025: A small restaurant in a semi-industrial area on the border between Sassuolo and Fiorano Modenese. A business lunch. The gnocco fritto is indeed truly delicious. Otherwise, a typical lunchtime menu during a workday. The staff is young but knowledgeable.

15/09/2025: Finally, a vegan pizza with plant-based cheese. It doesn't take much to include a cruelty-free pizza that's not the usual marinara in a standard menu. The perfect pairing: creamy vegan cheese, radicchio, artichokes, and walnuts... So good!

21/12/2025: I tried the menu. The cold cuts that accompanied the crescentine didn't particularly impress me, but I must say the lasagna was sublime and the tortellini in broth were excellent. The desserts were unique and excellent.

20/12/2025: Excellent experience with the tortelloni stuffed with roast beef and artichokes with a red beard, orange, and chive sauce. Crescentine with creamy sauce and mortadella. Top! A little disappointed with the fried tortellini. A bit too dry. Very friendly waiters.

19/12/2025: The place is not very big, but well-kept, with typical and generous dishes, and the staff is always present and helpful. We had dinner with colleagues before Christmas. Small parking lot, but there is one. In my opinion, we'll return. 👍👍

Top-notch cuisine with homemade pasta, locally sourced meats, cured meats, and cheeses. Quality amari, grappa, and liqueurs are naturally included. Excellent service. You'll leave feeling full and happy after spending €25 per person on a wonderful lunch or dinner. The flavors of Romagna cuisine.
