27/06/2025: If you are looking for a corner of PARADISE directly on the SEA, with a FAMILY atmosphere and "Romagna-style" services, Hotel Rosalba is the perfect choice! Our experience was so positive that we can't wait to return. The enviable LOCATION: The hotel is located a few steps from the BEACH. The convenience of being able to go down to the beach in a minute, perhaps after a hearty breakfast, is priceless. Perfect for families: The environment is QUIET and welcoming, frequented mainly by families with CHILDREN. There is never confusion, but only a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The entertainment is engaging but never intrusive: children have fun in safety, and adults can enjoy relaxing. BREAKFAST to die for: A special mention goes to the morning breakfast, truly amazing. Homemade cakes, fragrant croissants, fresh fruit and a wide selection of savory dishes. A real pleasure to start the day with so much care and quality. KINDNESS and professionalism: The real jewel in the crown of the hotel is the STAFF with the Director, Mr. Paolo, in the front row, who with his courtesy and availability made the stay even more special. Not only is he always attentive to the needs of the guests, but he also demonstrated great honesty and thoughtfulness: I had forgotten a watch of great sentimental value in the room, and he kept it in the safe until my return, without making me worry for a moment. Thanks to all the staff for making this short stay really very pleasant. We will definitely return and I recommend it to those looking for RELAXATION and COURTESY.

04/07/2025: We stopped by in the evening and had a great time, very friendly staff and excellent food.. The portions are very generous and the meat is out of this world! The Rossena Castle on one side and the hilly panorama all around are the worthy setting for this magnificent place and perfectly Viking themed.. We will definitely be back..

19/06/2025: If you want to eat tigelle and Crescentine this is the right place. I'm not from Bologna, but for at least 10 years every time I go up I always go to this place. It's a bit spartan, paper tablecloths, plastic cutlery, etc., but the atmosphere and the food are the strong points. The prices are in line with the rest. The "menu" tigelle crescentine with cured meats costs 17 euros per person. If you happen to pass by I absolutely recommend this place. They bring the children a placecloth and colors at the table, too cute.

Without a doubt, Naples has the passion of two highly professional brothers both in the dining room and in the kitchen, Naples has the attention for the guest in making you a zucchini alla scapece off the menu, Naples has the menu with traditional first courses and other interesting combinations. And then there is the meat, a high quality material and above all well treated and that obviously is not from Naples but has the different origins that the beautiful choice they present must have. A beautiful reality, welcoming environment, air conditioning that allows the table to see the grill, but also to sit outside in the open air. Prices adequate for the quality Well done, definitely to return also agreeing on a menu as promised and take a more in-depth look at the wine list very Nordic for my tastes. Baba is not eaten only in Naples.

31/05/2025: Unfortunately I have to leave only one star. The pizza was too greasy, to the point that it was difficult to even hold it in your hand without getting completely greasy. The dough had no flavor or consistency: it seemed like a frozen base, or worse, fried and then reheated, with that typical soft and greasy effect that is immediately recognizable. The toppings did not improve things: tasteless ingredients, placed there without care. The tomato was watery, the mozzarella almost non-existent. It is certainly not the typical Neapolitan or Italian pizza made with passion: it seems more like a low-quality school canteen product. Disappointing from all points of view. I will not return.

17/05/2025: Pizzeria near the beautiful historic center of my beautiful city, FERRARA. Excellent pizza, in a simple place run by young people. Prices more than excellent and for a tourist who wants a fast and cheap service it is ideal.

02/06/2025: Tasting menu as a couple with my partner. Very good food and you can see the care and research in the good quality ingredients. I will definitely come back to try a new menu when they have it.

09/06/2025: Tortellini with mortadella and pistachios fabulous, I will return. I returned, tortellini alla "gricia", truly excellent. 4 stars and not 5 because a glass of lambrusco costs 5 euros and it seems too much to me. For the rest everything ok, I recommend
