In this place you eat like God! The very young and very talented chef knows his stuff. Starry dishes with a lot of humility, professionalism and innovation. Still little known in Bologna, but it deserves a lot.

I was there for a pre-dinner aperitif, I don't know the cuisine yet The environment is very nice, the service I can say is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing and the music is adequate, you feel good Very wide choice of cocktails etc, well served The exteriors are beautiful, isolating them from the surrounding streets, I imagine the summer is even more beautiful

17/03/2024: Tattoria with excellent and good proposals: first courses and meat. Also for groups.
17/03/2024: Having dinner at the Priest's with the abbey in the background... It may have been the spring evening and the lights outside but I really liked the external aspect. The interior is very particular and dedicated to jazz as well as the very pleasant sound coming out in the background. Large tables well separated from each other so you don't have that "eat together" feeling that is found in many places. A la carte meat or vegetarian menu... I had a delicious platter of cured meats and cheeses with tigelle, a "tagliata", side dish of vegetables, fried potatoes and pistachio ice cream, still red house wine. It was the first time and hats off to everything excellent. Very friendly table staff. Average affordable price, I will definitely come back!

02/04/2024: Excellent food and good value for money
24/03/2024: Particular place immersed in the history of Castel Maggiore. Located in the Castello area along the (once navigable) canal of the navile which now hosts a beautiful cycle route along the Bentivoglio-Bologna-Casalecchio axis. The food is typical of traditional Bolognese cuisine with some touches of innovation and contamination... Excellent service and friendliness of the staff.
