17/12/2025: A refined atmosphere, it's called an Osteria but is furnished and run like a fine restaurant. They serve premium meats at a reasonable price, while other dishes are affordable. The wine list features a limited but well-selected selection of labels, distributed throughout Italy and even some in France. Reservations are recommended. If you're in a hurry, go elsewhere.
12/12/2025: We had dinner yesterday and it was a pleasant experience: the place was elegant, the staff were friendly, the service impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious, from appetizer to dessert; the meat was exquisite! The price was right for the quality! We'll definitely be back.

07/03/2026: Excellent restaurant. Given the completely gluten-free menu, it takes away any anxiety if you're celiac. Since I'm not celiac myself, I can only say that the dishes are very good, with no discernible difference from their gluten-free counterparts. The bread is unparalleled, and the grilled meat is perhaps one of the best I've ever eaten. All this with prices in line with other restaurants; there's no surcharge for gluten-free options.
04/03/2026: One of my favorite places, returned to over and over again for family lunches, this time for my girlfriend's 30th birthday. We've always had a great time, except the last time the chef came out of the kitchen yelling at me, insulting me, and even wanted to punch me. If it hadn't been for the other kitchen staff separating us, I almost called the police. This was because I left my dog ​​(a dachshund) out for two minutes while we were outside (obviously, no one was there). This behavior and treatment was shameful and unacceptable for a public place. The owner's wife immediately apologized, while the chef husband continued to slander me. Given what had happened, when it came to the bill, we expected at least a small discount, which obviously didn't arrive. The ladies in the dining room were excellent, kind, and knowledgeable.

Fried gnocco with cured meats, risotto with black truffle cream and sliced ​​almonds. Desserts included mascarpone cream with chocolate and Re di Bronte. Excellent value.

29/12/2025: We stopped to charge our car and found this small jewel nearby. The owner was very happy to revive us, made good pizza and the place has its own particular soul. Next time we ll stop there again.

05/04/2026: First time in this delightful location... what can I say? Everything was excellent, from the appetizer, which included a platter of mixed cured meats, all accompanied by excellent torta fritta and excellent parmesan with balsamic vinegar, I would say sublime... not to mention the horsemeat pesto and caramelized onion... the stuffed veal tip was excellent, the potatoes a little less so. Which, alas, were burnt... all washed down with a nice glass of Lambrusco... and to finish the dinner on a sweet note, we ordered a panna cotta with berries... quality and price were normal... if I had to recommend this place, I would. Try it at least once, you will definitely return, seeing is believing. We will do it again.

11/03/2026: Lunch. A simple word for a complex trauma. Janey and I—Janey is the wife, she’s the one in the sensible shoes—had just completed the trek to St. Luca. A pilgrimage of sheer, unadulterated verticality. We ascended through the porticos—six hundred and sixty-six arches of infinite, repetitive stone. It is, I am told, the longest covered walkway on this terrestrial sphere, and by the four-hundredth arch, it feels like a marathon designed by a particularly sadistic monk. A colonnaded tunnel of lactic acid and regret. ​We collapsed into Da Cesari. We began with the Romagnolo. Twenty-four months. Cervia salt. It was... brave. It had the saltiness of a jilted sea captain. We shared it, in the way one shares a secret or a contagious disease. ​Then, for me, the Green Gramignone. Veridian spirals. Twirls of emerald hope. Drowned in a sausage ragù that spoke of ancient, earthy truths. It was—dare I say it—seminal. The greatest pasta to ever grace a porcelain disk. ​Janey had something else. Something... quiet. I don't recall. I’ve erased her plate from my memory banks to make room for the ragù. One must curate one's experiences, mustn't one? Everything else is merely... chaff."
11/03/2026: What a gem!! Ricardo provided excellent service. The restaurant offers great, authentic food and a wonderful atmosphere. Ricardo was very friendly and fun to talk to, and he shared the family history of the place, which goes back many generations. It made the experience feel very special and personal. Great vibes all around — highly recommended.
