19/11/2024: Nel prodigo mensis di nebbia padana quale ricopre canonicamente la rura mi reco, con i miei cari amici, da Field, inno a festeggiare risultati accademici. Entrati senza prenotazione la Maitre ci accomoda in una tavola fornita, ma non completamente apparecchiata, sufficientemente distante dagli altri clienti da non essere assoggettati ad ascoltare i loro sofismi. L'ottima accoglienza è ben accompagnata dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del cameriere quale, prese le ordinazioni, torna presto sottile portando seco più pizze di quanto le mani consentono agli esperti. In una serata infrasettimanale ci è stato permesso di restare più tempo di quello generalmente necessario per la consumazione. Personalmente non accuso insulse lallazioni da parte dei dipendenti, quali invece mi sono sembrati molto cortesi, a dispetto di quanto detto da altri clienti.

Fillet with green pepper and baked potatoes. Liqueurs offered... limoncino and licorice with biscuits and cake. Spent the right amount. Highly recommended!!😊 P.S. I only have a photo of the bruschetta because the fillets were devoured!!🤣🤣

27/08/2024: Io sono stata molto male. Ho mangiato coniglio che galleggiava nell'olio, cotto male e con un sapore strano, poi patate al forno mezze bruciate e piene di olio e poi una forchettata di insalata condita con l'olio e il sale e dopo circa 20 minuti ho iniziato a fare fatica a respirare. Io sono allergica ai coloranti e probabilmente l'olio che mi hanno dato per condire ha qualche problema dato che tutti a tavola abbiamo notato il cattivo sapore (sembrava olio da frittura) e tutti abbiamo sgradito sia la consistenza in bocca che il sapore strano. Sono stata male tutta la notte passata totalmente in bianco e tutto il giorno dopo. Ho dovuto fare un'iniezione di cortisone. Aggiungo che i prezzi sono troppo alti per un locale così e per la qualità dei piatti e per un locale caotico con tavoli apparecchiati con tovaglie di carta.

02/12/2024: Super place highly recommended, everything was good and plentiful, the only course I didn't like was the Russian salad but that's personal taste. Review update: New lunch in this fantastic restaurant with a super company of Artiglieri who were celebrating their Patron Saint Santa Barbara, despite the passage of time the super positive opinion does not change, shame that the distance is too far to frequent it more assiduously, I come from Alessandria. I highly recommend it, it's worth it, there are only a few places left so that you leave satisfied and happy. See you next time Santa Barbara.

07/08/2024: I have always lived in Parma and I tried this restaurant as a birthday present for myself, with my partner. We opted to create 2 à la carte menus, one from land and one from sea. The quality of the products used is indisputable and the skill with which they are cooked and presented represents an added value that is not easy to find in another restaurant in Parma. Courteous, competent and discreet service, the sommelier was able to recommend the most suitable wines for our dishes. Given what was written previously and the pleasant additions from the kitchen, an expense of around €90 per person in 2024 is below the expense of restaurants of the same level. Unforgettable experience, we will definitely return.

"Excuse me, but are these just mushrooms, without the meat?" "Yes, without meat" I show her the pieces of bacon and sadly she goes away taking the plate. He asks me if I want anything else but I'm happy with white rice. Considering that I wasn't alone, I waited for my companion to finish lunch. Bottom line, I paid it, as it was on the account. I pointed this out to the poor waitress, cashier, factotum present. I asked her if it was right for her that I paid 9 euros for an uneaten dish; he replied that the boss had decided so. I asked for that boss but he wasn't there I asked if he would also like me to pay for some other things that we hadn't consumed but he said no, luckily. Around 25 euros (the total bill was 47 and there were 2 of us) for spring rolls, 2 glasses of hot wine and some white rice. I'm sorry because I used to go there every now and then. When we entered it was just the 2 of us: next time no one will come to disturb us, certainly not us.
