10/12/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Estense Castle is simply unmissable. A place steeped in history, elegant and fascinating, it vividly illustrates the power and life of the Este family. The tour is well-organized and allows you to explore both the noble and richly decorated rooms and the darker and more evocative parts, such as the prisons with their cells and grates overlooking the moat. The explanatory panels, historical maps, and reconstructions are very interesting and help you understand the evolution of the city and the castle. The Borso d'Este Bible is splendid, and the model of Renaissance Ferrara is fascinating. The frescoed ceilings and decorations are also worthy of special attention. Recommended for adults and children: it's a comprehensive, engaging, and never boring cultural visit. A must-see if you come to Ferrara. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Castello Estense is a must-see landmark in Ferrara. A beautiful and historically rich fortress that perfectly tells the story of the powerful Este family and the city's Renaissance past. The visit is well organized and offers a fascinating contrast between the elegant noble rooms and the darker, more atmospheric areas, such as the prisons overlooking the moat. The historical panels, maps and reconstructions are clear and engaging, helping visitors understand the evolution of the castle and the city. The Bible of Borso d'Este is impressive, as well as the detailed model of Renaissance Ferrara. The decorated ceilings and architectural details are also stunning. 19/11/2025: I've been for both breakfast and lunch. The brioche was good. The coffee was excellent. The lunch sandwich was incredible!!! The staff, despite the crowded place, were always kind, smiling, and attentive to the needs of all customers. It's a shame I don't even live close to Bologna to come back often.

09/12/2025: I celebrated an anniversary with some friends at this restaurant, where I'd eaten before. The dinner lived up to my expectations... the dishes were carefully prepared and served... the cold fish appetizer was excellent... the super-delicate cannelloni (a true delicacy)... the grill was delicious... and finally, the dessert was homemade, as was the bread! The service was kind, attentive, but not intrusive. You made an evening I really cared about perfect... thank you!

02/12/2025: A welcoming place, enhanced by a truly pleasant heated veranda. The food is good, without any surprises. The only flaw was the service: long waits, one incorrect course, and the first courses taken away only after the second courses arrived. The staff, however, is very friendly and helpful, a detail that is always appreciated. Excellent value for money.

07/12/2025: MY FAVORITE PLACE! I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and today I feel like writing a review because it never disappoints! The staff are super helpful and professional and make you feel at home, but let's talk about the most important thing: THE FOOD. There's nothing that isn't good, it's superb!!! Every time I come back, I always make time to order different dishes, and there's not one I don't like! A perfect combination for someone from Puglia who lives in Bologna. You can feel at home whenever you want, or eat the typical dishes of the city that has adopted you! Oh, and on top of all this, the bill will amaze you. I've never spent as much as in restaurants in Bologna. You are one of a kind... thank you as always! I'll be back for life ❤️

05/12/2025: Super! I went here to eat with my family for my mother's birthday. Everything was excellent, from the location to the welcome, but especially the food! Fresh, high-quality dishes! Fast and courteous service! Nothing to say except that I felt right at home. Highly recommended!

09/11/2025: Lunch on a Sunday in November, very crowded and with a long wait to order. Once you've ordered, however, the service is very fast, the dishes are all delicious, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. It's very cold on the patio despite the awnings, and you have to leave the restaurant to use the restroom. The view is beautiful, overlooking the long lake. We'll definitely be back!

30/10/2025: The location is stunning and the staff is incredibly friendly, but lunch was truly disappointing. Perhaps when it's sold out, quality control is lost? It doesn't compare favorably to nearby restaurants, though. Too bad.

26/08/2025: They took me there by chance, for an aperitif. The evening continued with an excellent dinner, and since then it has become one of my favorite places. The owners are wonderful, I felt welcomed like I've never felt anywhere else. The food is excellent, the menu varies seasonally, with a few dishes but very well-prepared. 02/11/2025: A delicious dinner with attentive and friendly service. The tortellini, tortelli, and tortelloni were all exquisite, along with a platter of excellent cured meats, cheeses, and honey. The Lambrusco spritz was delicious. The caramel panna cotta was also excellent.

18/10/2025: A detour from the highway to have lunch at this restaurant. The girl serving was friendly and helpful. The dishes were average. The ragù wasn't perfect, the chicken was a bit bland. The bread was a bit dry, and the outside tables were uncomfortable and small. To be worth the detour, it would need a little more flair.

06/12/2025: The food was very plentiful, but in my opinion not of high quality. The place was nice, on the seafront, and the Ukrainian waitress was very kind and efficient.
