05/06/2025: I went there on June 2nd for my daughter's communion the first time without ever having tried and seeing the restaurant I went on the trust of hearsay! It was a pleasant discovery the lunch was all wonderfully good from the tagliatelle to the cotoletta alla bolognese excellent service and the Owner Stefania super!!!! I couldn't have chosen a better location than the Cantina del Latte

23/05/2025: I have been to this restaurant several times, including for birthday celebrations. The food is good but certainly nothing special. They have the usual local dishes. Lately, however, I have noticed that the service is slow. Probably when the place is full they go haywire and cannot handle so many tables.

06/06/2025: One of the best places in Modena to taste fried gnocco! Plus, the owner, being Sicilian, offers a menu of his land that is nothing short of exceptional. The pasta alla norma is to die for!! The white wine, Regaleali from the Leone winery, is truly phenomenal. I will be back.

05/04/2025: There is little to say, everything I have tried is of an extraordinary quality. Huge brioches, soft but crunchy, by opening them you can count all the various layers that compose it, therefore excellent leavening and perfect cooking. Homemade cream and you can feel it, it has its own character and you can perceive the ingredients, one by one, used to make it. After breakfast I also bought bread, a nice, dark, rice flour loaf. It looked great and I was tempted. It didn't just look great, it was delicious, hard to describe in words. Among other things, I realized later that there is also a Gambero Rosso recognition on the bread. Of course the costs of all these wonders are not like those of an ordinary bar, everything costs a little more. But it is largely justified. I can't wait to pass through those parts to stop again. Really good.

19/06/2025: Staff & Ambience: Staff was super friendly Even though we couldn’t speak Italian. Food: The food came quickly without a long wait. My wife and I got a Salad each which were big, fresh and tasty veggies, great olive oil and Balsamico. We shared a Primi of Ravioli with mushrooms and cheese filling in a seafood broth with shrimps. Shrimps and pasta were cooked really well. Completely through but buttery soft shrimp. Our secondi was two orders of Fried Scampi and veggies. This was a showstopper 10/10 on the cook of the seafood suuuper soft and well cooked. Amazing fresh flavours and the courgettes and carrots that came with it were also fried and so delicious. Portions and pricing: Portion sizes were very big and generous, and somehow nothing soggy, overcooked or anything we couldn’t speak find to critique. Pricing for this meal was more than justified and felt really worth it and fair. When we are back next year in Italy we will definitely have to make a visit.

It is truly a pleasure to spend an evening in your location, pampered by your smiles, by the smell of fresh fish, by your dishes always worthy of a true starred restaurant! 03/06/2025: We ordered four starters and two main courses for four people, and we loved everything. The lamb was incredible, and the flavors were delicious, even the Afghan yogurt drink!

01/06/2025: Everything was excellent. The food was delicious and excellent. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. They spoke English clearly. The bathroom also had a bidet. I highly recommend it if you're visiting Bologna.

02/01/2025: A pleasant surprise half an hour by motorway from Bologna. Authentic tavern in flavors and hospitality. Handmade pasta, delicious meat and homemade ragù. We will be back! Greetings from Gargano and Calabria ☺️

12/10/2024: We arrived at this restaurant by chance and it was truly a fantastic discovery, the owner was uniquely kind, the food was delicious. Please, if you are passing through Rioveggio, you can't miss going there ☺️☺️

26/05/2025: I start from the outside space of the parking lot, unfortunately not well cared for, unkempt. At the entrance 4 fake plastic boxwoods, please remove them and put a live plant, these plastic spheres take away decor and you can't look at them. The interior is well furnished, very welcoming, and even the tables set in a minimal way, but cared for. Excellent food from appetizer to dessert. Only flaws: fried gnocco pulled very thin and not very uniform frying, too fried on one side, less on the other and the baked potatoes, which had nothing to do with baked potatoes. Everything else was excellent.

16/06/2025: My wife had the tagliata with olives and cherry tomatoes. Tasty, but the olives were pitted, which is not very easy to eat. I had the tartare. The meat was minced, while with a real tartare it is sliced. I also prefer that the chef mixes everything and you can just season it instead of having to mix everything yourself.

15/06/2025: Delicious food and a beautiful location right next to the castle in Dozza, although you need to reserve for the outdoor tables. Prices are rather high, but portions are small.
