Very kind and professional staff. I'd especially like to mention the homemade gluten-free pasta: it's an understatement to call it delicious, and for a celiac, it's a true paradise! More generally, they have a wide-ranging gluten-free menu!

The bill is only Roman-style, and no exceptions are made. The restaurant still operates on a pen-and-paper basis... which means no one leaves until the table is finished. The pasta dishes are very good, the portions are just right, and the pizza is well-topped. The staff is excellent.

Where to begin... We came late Thursday evening, greeted with kindness and smiles in a place that immediately seemed familiar and characteristic of the area. There were four of us, two of whom were celiacs. We were speechless as soon as we received the completely gluten-free menu... from appetizer to dessert, everything was gluten-free... and THE FRESH PASTA made by them GF!!!!! That is, we were able to eat artisanal gluten-free tortellini and strozzapreti, not delicious but delicious... finger-licking good. The sauces were delicious, like homemade... Generous portions. In short, being a two-hour drive from our home, we decided we'll be back often because eating here is absolutely a real pleasure!!!!! As someone who's gluten intolerant and therefore aware of the difficulties that come with eating out, I was pleasantly surprised to find an entire menu dedicated to gluten-free options. Plus, the pizza was delicious!

Stopped by on our way back from vacation for a quick dinner. The pizza was delicious, and the owner was super friendly and accommodating with the girls. The staff were very helpful, and the service was super fast. The other dishes were also tempting... They even have lactose-free mozzarella and a whole gluten-free menu. Highly recommended.

They make excellent gluten-free! Portions double the normal size.
